Wowcher order

I had some wowcher credits that I had to use up and I knew I needed to spruce up the place so used them for the offers for the pair of flamingo trees the pair of topiary buxus plants and the giant palm tree The bucks plants were very small not like the photos The plant pot lightweight The palm tree almost dead 4 leaves only dry as a bone and browny yellow The pot was plastic and split The flamingo trees looked beautiful on the website They arrived as long thick stemmed plant in a black plastic pot with long twigs on end I put that down to them being cut off for travel there do seem to be a few tiny leaves sprouting on them now thankfully so they should be fine and I m hoping nice enough as supposed to be a Mother s Day present I think for the money I spent I could have gone to a garden centre and picked the best ones I suppose the fact that we are not selecting the individual plant I haven t bothered to contact the company in the light of what is going on and after reading the other reviews there is probably no point I just will not order plants from wowcher again The photos online is quite misrepresented in size or appearance I do suspect plantstore receive a fraction of the price from Wowcher so I suspect they save their best stock for other customers

Ordered 2 King Sago Palm Trees - got 4 dead roses

I ordered 2 King Sago Palm Trees with Planters via Mighty Deals vouchers One week later I received 4 dead twigs which I assume once used to be roses I emailed PlanStore immediately to inform them of the error I submitted a support ticket at which point I discovered to my horror that this company is really Gardening Express whom I swore never to buy from again I sent two follow up emails To date I have received no response from PlantStore I also submitted a support ticket with Mighty Deals who told me that they had emailed PlantStore They also told me that return postage is at the merchant s discretion which it obviously is not as everybody is aware of the distance selling regulations That tells you what kind of comapny you are dealing with The matter is now in the hands of my credit card company and I suggest that everybody else who has received inferior and or incorrect goods should contact their credit card companies Update 2019-06013 Plantstore have now promised me a full refund including postage therefore I have increased the rating to two stars I will increase it to three when I actually receive the money

goods eventually arrived but

I ordered a pair of rose trees and a pair of extra large cordylines Like many I waited weeks and tried to track the orders only to be told that DX hadn t received any orders for me and emailing Plantstore merited a generic response The rose trees arrived out of the blue in flimsy damaged packaging The trees were no more than dried twigs with hardly any rootball The bag containing earth to protect the rootball was broken so any moisture that had originally been included was gone the instructions included state to keep them moist The pair of Cordylines arrived several days later The packing for these was far more robust and they were in good condition One of the trees was as described in the original listing and the other was much smaller I won t buy from this outlet again and I probably won t buy from wowcher either I will always read reviews in future something I would normally do but I foolishly presumed wowcher would have checked the credentials of any company they offer goods from but now realise they take no responsibility for the merchants they proffer Beware

OK plant poor customer service

Ordered Cordyline Australis tree through Wowcher on 2 April was given a delivery date of 24 April The date came and went I emailed them around 1 May and got the automated reply I didn t bother following up and told myself there is far more important things in life to worry about On 16 May the plant finally arrived It looked OK and as I expected well packaged Have planted it and hopefully it will thrive Will I order from them again No A company with no phone contact zero communication I wasn t kept up to date Wowcher just washed their hands off when I contacted them I imagine the tree came ok because it probably isn t as fragile as other plants If it were a different variet I am not convinced it would have been in good condition The company has poor customer service in my view and there just seems to be some disconnect somewhere in how they do things

I ordered two palms from Gogroupie I have to say that they work out very expensive as they are not very big at all One of them is ok but the other is small in comparison and the same height as the palm I was throwing away and replacing I am disappointed
