I bought a Bosai from Wowcher

I bought a Bosai from Wowcher i never checked the company feedback as the plan was from 79 99 to 12 Postage and thought it was a very good deal I got the box with the Bonsai inside this was very well packed but was desapointed with the size of the bonsai and the fact that i had to buy a Pot tray separably elsewhere as this didn t come with the plant I only give a 3 star because this size can be bought elsewhere with the tray and without postage for the same price in a garden centre I dont think 79 99 as advertised on the webside is genuine and if it is well i think it is over priced for this tiny little plant without a tray The plant is very small but sweet but just thought it might be bigger and come with a tray

These plants are not Giant

Purchased a Giant Palm from here postage was fast less than 10 working days during this pandemic Packaging was adequate plant came un damaged Looked a 7-8 out of ten on the healthy scale My only small gripe was the plant came a little on the small side I wouldn t class 4 ft at best as giant Take that word giant with a pinch of salt

Ordered a 3 4ft Robusta Palm tree from The Plantstore via Wowcher It look 18days to arrive and when it did it was only at the very most 30 high It was dry and looked like it had been packed in cardboard for a while I only paid 19 99 for this which I guess is about right certainly not worth the 59 they quoted on the website

All is good

I purchased through wowcher 2 x Salix Flamingo Trees They were due on the 15th of April and arrived on 22nd I read reviews and feared the worst I was surprised when the trees arrived and I was even more surprised when I took them out of the box They are green healthy and the root base was moist I also ordered 4 x Buxus with containers These were due before April 25th and arrived today April 25th Again tentatively I opened the boxes I was really pleasantly surprised 4 healthy plants moist bases well packaged The plant containers are horrid plastic and not big enough However I had no expectation for them Having read the reviews I really didn t expect what I got I have to say I am very happy with my plants

It s not all bad be patient covid19

After reading all the negative reviews I must say I was concerned I had ordered 2 salix flamingos and 1 cordyline palm as with everyone else I was e mailed saying my order was dispatched but the tracking number did not work I contacted the courier and they said they had no parcels for me so nervously I just waited The flamingos turned up a week before the palm which turned up on the day they said all trees looked a little shocked but considering they had been in a box in a van for days the seem to be doing ok So overall I am happy the price was very good my only criticism is customer care but given the current situation I think that has to be taken into cosideration

Lovely healthy palm tree

Although delivery was later than anticipated by almost a week the giant palm tree was packaged up well and arrived in excellent condition Great tree for great price All I can suggest is be patient it will arrive

Puzzled

Having read most of the reviews about Plantstore I am left extremely puzzled I have not experienced any problems with the plants bought through Wowcher all of which have arrived on time and in fantastic condition Perennials wall flowers yellow magnolia standard roses acacia mimosa all looking very healthy with good roots and moist My only slight niggle is that half of the perennials were minus labels so I have no idea what they are but only a minor snag and they appear to be growing well So thank you Plantstore I look forward to receiving 6 rose bushes shortly and continue doing business with you
