Don t order from this company through Wowcher etc as when the order is rubbish Wowcher just refer you back to Plantstore who ignore any emails that are sent to them I ordered a giant 4-5ft Washingtonia Robusta Palm tree the picture was lovely on Wowcher what i got was very different it was just 2ft and did not look anything like the plant in the picture it was not worth the money i paid for it And as i said they do not respond to emails

I have ordered various items via wowcher

I have ordered various items via wowcher from this company They take your money and advise that this has been dispatched but they give you no tracking information whatsoever I am still waiting for two items which I am beginning to wonder if I will ever receive I have tried to contact them but get the same form of information as everyone else Remind me never to use this company again along with wowcher

Poor customer service

Purchased 2 Kilmarnock Willows from plant store and it took a month for delivery Packaging was ok but one of these plants was in a sorry state I emailed the company and eventually they replied not the quickest to respond to emails approx a week to answer they asked for photos which I supplied and the reply was that these were hardy plants and it will recover Not quite the answer I expected I wanted them to replace one of these but sadly not So poor customer service and I won t buy from them again

Wish I had read reviews also ordered off wowcher but still not worth the money 2 tiny not round bushes that look hideous on my door step

Shame on you Wowcher and Plantstore

Tried to cancel my order after seeing so many negative reviews What an absolute scam by Wowcher and plant store Never again I Actually received a plant which was some kind of relief as I ve seen so many ppl haven t however it s certainly not the giant cordyline Australis as advertised From the bottom of the pot to the tip I would say around 3 5ft Not the giant 5ft to 6ft as pictured and advertised The plant doesn t look to be in too bad health and hopefully with some much needed tlc it will hopefully come good in my garden Trading standards should be all over this though Pls be warned

Palm finally arrived after a few delivery issues Plant looks in good condition well wrapped for delivery My main issue is the size clearly states 5-6 ft plant but barely makes 4ft so definitely not as described in ad I do feel a bit disappointed to be honest

Plantstore palms on Wowcher

Used a wowcher deal to buy a 5-6ft palm tree from plantstore Arrived today and after reading other reviews I was surprised to receive 2 decent looking cordylines although they are definitely not 5-6 feet they measure 4 feet with the leaves being lifted upwards and included in the height - that s like me putting my arms above my head and saying I m 6ft 2 I won t buy again

Disappointing purchase

Disappointing purchase 2 x Topiary Buxus plants were nothing like the description Half the size shown and described with dozens of leaves dropping off and came with a cheap plastic pot to transfer them into Had to pack the bottom of the pot before transferring as otherwise the plants disappeared into it Bit of a con really Very disappointed in wowcher who have always been great until now

Terrible service and Magnolia tree

Mixed feelings ordered 2 plants one the salix came well but the other came awful just a little stick instead of a 4ft magnolia tree Wish I d have read the reviews on here before purchasing via Wowcher where I can t find a way to complain and make a return I did fine this email address for the company though helpme gardening express co uk who replied with terrible service I would NOT recommend purchasing from here cos you don t know what you re going to get and they have terrible customer service

UPDATEWOWCHER 3 STARS NOW AS AFTER MANY EMAILS WOWCHER EVENTUALLY GAVE ME A FULL REFUND MANY THANKS FOR FINALLY SORTING THIS OUT PLANTSTORE ON THE OTHER HAND NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO WOWCHERS EMAILS WHICH IS DISGRACEFUL AND MAYBE WOWCHER SHOULD LOOK AT THEIR SUPPLIERS DO NOT BUY FROM PLANTSTORE IS MY ADVICE1star is too much Will never use again Ordered a Giant Palm from Plantstore via Wowcher at 19 95 and waited for delivery on or before 24 7 19 It never showed Emailed Wowcher and told had to wait 72 hours for a response Asked for refund and had to wait 72 hours for response to email plantsore directly Did so had to wait 72 hours for response Then told it was delivered on 26 7 and they provided me a photo and GPS tracking shot Yes it was delivered but left in full view of a public car park and it was no longer there when I got home I was not informed of the delivery date so I couldn t make any alternative arrangements and up to 2 8 19 was actually still chasing it They said report it to police who I m sure would be delighted with me wasting their time I was also told by Sam Customer Services that s a joke in itself at Plantstore there is nothing they can do DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY HARD LESSON LEARNED AND LOST 20 IN THE PROCESS
