Have never experienced such amazing customer service as I have from Jess and the Polar Gear team in the past few days They went to enormous lengths to help with a problem that was not the fault of the company or its product which was excellent for the long time we used it successfully This kind of pride and care in product and service is all too rare and worth celebrating Thank you

Amazing customer service - looking for replacement lids for my damaged Curve bottles and supplied even though not shown available online Customer service like this is so rare - thanks Becky and the others at Polar Gear for making sure I got speedy responses and the exact product Meant I didn t need to buy a brand new bottle which is not so environmentally friendly Hope you guys can survive this challenging time Thanks and I ll be buying again

I d like to thank Holly at Polar Gear I emailed yesterday to ask about buying a new straw for my grandson s cup to save throwing the whole thing away Today I received 2 free straws through the post I don t think I ve ever received such polite and quick customer service before What a lovely experience Thank you Holly And well done Polar Gear for employing such a lovely and highly efficient lady
