Sales team were pretty terrible just so unreliable and slow and didn t give a true representation of the car But delivery driver Jono was great and absolute star Erica saved the day so both get 5 stars sales team get -1 Erica was an absolute gem she put in a lot of time and effort to make things right She surely deserves more awards and the Sales team need to do a better job to stop making her life hard

Would have given more stars if it wasn t for a couple of things Happy with the car I purchased Unfortunately I have to warn people to throughly check the contract I found alot of hidden costs that wasn t asked if I wanted those services All in all the total hidden costs accrued to almost 1000 in extras that wasn t explained if I wanted them or not Then when I go and pick it up I was just expecting to pay the final amount but ended up paying more because once again they serviced the car without actually asking me if I wanted that service first

Purchased my daughters first car There were no issues from start to finish Car was immaculately cleaned and well presented No fuss with paperwork and Asif was a pleasure to deal withBut of a push for warranties but that is expected of all car sales Happy daughter equals happy dad

Amazing Staff were very kind and helpful The car was really clean and they redid the wheels before we came to see the car so it was even better than the picture All positive only that we didn t know that the prices are not negotiable as this would have been helpful to know before hand

I had issues with the car I bought as it developed a couple of problems Reed Auto did their best to fix the issues for me but I wasnt entirely happy with the car eventually they swapped the car for me to something more suitable and now am vey happy with it so all in all great experience Jay

Easy to buy a car - would recommend
Easy to buy a car answered all questions provided information transparently and very pleasant to do business with being really picky the only issue was the 2 week lead time to have the car delivered which meant I had to make another awkward long distance journey to pick up the car - it would have been extremely helpful if perhaps they could have moved the car to another secure garage or even met half way Regardless would recommend

Good sales man fixed the issue with the car quick Wait time was too long and didn t explain the admin fee beforehand Would have liked an offer as goodwill to reduce price to reconcile for the extra time and inconvenience

Bought the car online with out viewing though was sent a very detailed video which was great Dealt with Haydn who was easy to talk to and responsive in email correspondence Only thing I would pick up on was I had to chase the warranty and autoglym details and prices when these should have been issued explained in advance Delivery was prompt and efficient
