From initial contact to final purchase nothing was too much effort My new car is low mileage and very good condition Reeds offered a good part exchange on my old car and although initially a computer glitch caused a small issue on the new car Reeds were so very helpful and even though I reside miles from the showroom Reeds sorted the issue within a reasonably timely manner and couldn t do enough even arranging a local workshop to me reset the ECU Excellent service and customer contact pre during and post purchase Thank you to all the team

Was going to buy a car with reed auto Put down a deposit Unfortunately circumstances changed and could no longer get the car we were interested in They were really understanding and refunded the deposit instantly Also when asking for more information on the car and the body work they happily helped out by doing a video of the body work before we decided to travel Great experience will definitely use these in the future if looking for a new car

I had a good experience buying my Audi Q2 from Ponko James was really helpful and I never felt pushed or persuaded into buying the car and also part exchanging my Audi A1 I highlighted a few defects I wanted repaired before buying Q2 which were repaired as agreed and James kept me updated and sent photos over WhatsApp throughout the process Collecting the car was a smooth process and I was very happy with how they valeted the car and it was in perfect condition before I drove it away
