Absolutely fantastic buying my first car

Was a long day for me and my wife to get down there for the car got the best meet and greet I ve ever had was early for my pick-up got the car it was immaculate fully clean looked like the pictures drives like a dream had to take it back after half an hour because the car said there was a fault took it back was sorted out quickly and explained too what to do best experience I ve had Thank you Haydn and the team will definitely be using Ponko again

Richard was very welcoming and friendly He accommodated us nicely to a time that suited us Upon arrival we were offered teas and coffees and a nice conversation Richard is a great conversationalist could talk to him for hours The sale itself went smoothly and everything I asked for was done and it wasn t an issue Thank you guys

Customer service Experience was excellent Richard was able to book us in for a test drive within 3 hours of calling on a Saturday He s been nothing but polite and accommodating made us a coffee and made sure we understood how ponko works Stan the salesman that Sold us the car has been excellent with all negotiations and was very helpful with first time buying of a car Hopefully the car is as good as the experience and will recommend and use again Thank you to the guys at ponko
