My experience with POPLA was very

My experience with POPLA was very different to those reflected in these reviews and I am grateful to them We were issued a ticket that we felt strongly was incorrect and having had our appeal turned down by Citipark decided to escalate to POPLA It took a while and we made sure we got our evidence together properly so they could assess it effectively After a long wait- maybe 6 weeks we were told our appeal was successful To be honest I would have been really upset if it hadn t as I felt our case was clear

After raising my dispute with Popla re a parking eye ticket I checked their trustpilot and immediately lost any confidence However Jason who handled my case upheld my dispute and made parking eye withdraw the penalty charge Credit where credit is due very happy with my outcome and case handler Common sense prevailed in the end

Very easy to submit an appeal

The Popla site was very easy to navigate and very simple to submit my appeal The box where you write the details about the appeal has 1000 letters to use which is ample and lets you write exactly why you need to appeal

Easy to use make sure you know you can upload several files many files this not made clear Otherwise easy and convenient

Really grateful that this service exists to hold unscrupulous parking companies to account My penalty charge notice was completely unjustified and the parking company was not interested is listening to facts Really grateful that this service exists and that common sense prevailed

Contrary to the vast majority of reviews I seem to have read on here POPLA were extremely helpful for me They were the key to linking up the evidence I had provided with the correct legislation and helping me make a successful claim The overall process took longer than the 6-8 weeks stated but i found that trivial considering the overall outcome A true catalyst for justice in my experience
