Great communication and best price courier I could find Picked up the chair when they said they would then gave me a 3 hour time slot for delivery and was delivered well within that time slot Chair was well protected can t ask for anymore than that

Great service Fast day of delivery quickly identified The day prior I was given a 3 hour window If that wasn t suitable then I could change the delivery date On the day that time was updated to be more exact so that I knew the minute that delivery was to be expected Couldn t ask for better The two couriers were efficient and polite as well Great - good luck with getting more contracts

So impressed by Proovia Not only was I regularly updated which is so nice and so often one is given a window of time and that is it I hadSaid in the comments on the timing of my delivery that it may be trick or treat time and they made sure they were there early so we all avoided the chaos The delivery person Robert was very polite and I was very impressed by the service
