I have had 3 deliveries from this company now and all have been excellent Furniture items have been treated with care delivered politely and placed where required I have been kept up to date with delivery times in the most efficient manner including the option to advise in advance if the proposed date is acceptable with a final update on the date of arrival personally I think their service is the best of any courier I have ever used

I was skeptical first about going online and looking for collection of an unpackaged it After getting in touch I was given a quote which I thought was very reasonable They kept in touch and guided me through the process and collected and delivered my item Thank you Proovia for your professionalism and prompt service Much love to you all

Absolutely excellent service Delivered from Hayes to Glasgow Kept me updated throughout the whole process Gagiu Ciprian called 10minutes before delivery and a text message was sent once delivered to confirm delivery They both made sure that the priority was to make sure the goods were delivered safely and undamaged and that s exactly what was achieved I was very reluctant at the beginning as what I had arrange for collection was very expensive but I was really assured throughout the whole process I communicated both through the app and phone call and honestly on both occasions I had instant replies Thank you so much Gagiu Ciprian for such an amazing experience you couldn t have done a better job to help me stay stress free

Exceptional service

Lovely guys delivered a very large welsh dresser to me They were very professional and were so careful bringing it into the house I was kept well informed of pick up and delivery times They called me to let me know they were on thier way I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again if I need something moving

Excellent comms from the delivery team from collection to delivery - including a very helpful phone call when they were 15 minutes away The two-man team made light work of delivering our sofa - couldn t be better

Great experience with this courier

Great courier Kept me informed via emails and texts when my package was arriving My parcel was very fragile and I could tell it had been handled with care It was easy to track how many stops away via the link they sent me and Gagiu rang me to tell me he was only 5 minutes away He was polite and courteous it was nice to be greeted with a smile too as you don t often get that from other couriers All in all a great experience
