Communication with Pump Sales Direct could have been better I had no confirmation of order when ordered and no other infoThe delivery company they use APC are absolute crap I won t use this company again IF they use same delivery company I don t like being told bull-poo about a delivery But I m pleased with the item I purchased

Two Pumps arrived late One in which i paid an extra cost of 12 50 to arrive next day but came the day after

The company took my money then said parts were not in stock later that day I then had left work and got home so had to stick with the order True stock levels on web site would be better

I am surprised

I am surprised as i have just come home from holidays i find the parcel from your selves thank you however i ordered a pump with a power regulator on it at 210 when opening the box i find that you have sent me a 600 five in one system which after looking on your web site is a lot cheaper so can you credit me the difference please asap as i have had to put the item into use Regards Stewart All sorted no problem thanks for sorting it quickly

Happy to help to order however when i said there was an issue with the pump It actually needed to be single phase there wasn t much help to rectify the issue Other than being told Ebara do not do a 3 phase Anyway nothing along the lines of we ll get one out tonight replaced A simple mistake spoke to two chaps One being not that friendly if I m being honest More of an inconvenience from what I got from the quick call

Staff brill but deliver service a shame

Such a shame I can only give 3 stars as the staff are worth 5 star but the fact that the company use Fedex for delivery is the real pain Paid extra for overnight delivery and sat by the window all day waiting No email received from Fedex to udate tracking but Pumpsales gave me the details so I could track the parcel Fedex came nowhere near my village that day When it arrived a day later it was broken so had to reorder Staff at Pump sales very caring and got a new one our asap 5 days from start to delivery

Paid for next day delivery well within cut off time for delivery Item arrived 3days later So was ripped off for standard delivery
