Still don t have pump after 9 weeks Never received any tracking information and had to ask - and then when I ask them to chase up with the courier company - no response UPDATE 15-Jun apparently there was actually no photo however Wilo have offered to send another pump on the 12-Jun which is nice but am yet to receive and tracking or confirmation Will update with a finial outcome when things change

Paid extra for next day delivery it didn t arrive

The pump has not yet been delivered Twice the carrier have sent messages saying they are going to deliver and twice they have failed They say they are going to deliver tomorrow but I have little faith in them

Pump ordered Monday not delivered next day despite paying 12 50 to do so Parts missing from box which took until Friday to arrive Promises of call backs never came Disliked the dismissive and superior attitude from customer service staff Will never use again Suggest you don t either

Float switch not delivered Fedex said theyd deliver thursday but didnt then Friday and they didnt Pump sales direct said they d look into it and I ve not heard anything more its 4pm Monday I ll give it another day or so then cancel the order

My experience of this seller has not been good I bought a dirty water submersible pump which on installation was faulty Pump Sales arranged for the pump to be collected and returned They returned the pump to Clarke s the manufacturer who in turn outsourced the repair to Machine Mart A repaired pump was returned to me I didn t purchase a repaired or refurbished pump The pump was still faulty so was returned and I requested a new pump or a refund The pump was collected but I haven t heard anything from Pump Sales Direct for nearly four weeks In the meantime I have had to buy another pump from a reliable retailer otherwise my basement would have flooded I am not at all impressed with Pump Sales Direct and would advise caution In my experience both Toolstation and Screwfix sell similar pumps at a more competitive price and there is much better customer service

Pump ordered was out of stock yet showing stock online They only offered an alternative with a higher price No indication of when stock will be available or apologies for the stock not being up to date

The expansion vessel I ordered was supposedly dropped before shipping I received a phone call explaining this I accepted this as good service Then it went downhill from there A new delivery date was given and nothing arrived I then had to make phone calls to find out what was going on another delivery date was given and again nothing arrived I m still waiting

The pump doesn t work and customer service is very bad

Poor communication doesn t respond to emails unless prompted repeatedly incorrect lead times still have not received an item ordered pre- Christmas that was quoted at 3-4 day delivery date wont be using this firm again
