2 x Pumps Ordered on a pre 10 30Arrived 12 30 - but only 1 Pump chased this up was advised no this was signed for etc next day chased up again with numerous calls to find out the delivery driver had left the 2nd parcel on the van and it wasn t signed for caused a lot of hassle for the company and the care home

Very disappointed

Delivery was very quick with good notice given of when pump would arrive Pump - Liberty 200 solar small pond pump worked for a few minutes once my husband had put the solar panel out for a few hours but it hasn t worked since despite being charged now for 4 days in good sunshine Really not impressed wasted my money and very disappointed It s going back

Late Delivery

Ordered the pump on 16 6 21 stated delivery was 2 - 3 working day s so it should have arrived by 21 6 21 at the latest On Thursday 24th I phone to enquire its whereabouts at this time it would appear that it hadn t even been dispatch To be fair to PumpSalesDirect they did apologise it was delivered the next day Had PumpSalesDirect informed us of the problem the we would not have stayed indoors everyday from Monday 21st waiting for it

The purchase went OK the product

The purchase went OK the product arrived on time BUT I asked about figments as I advised the pump I already had told they don t sell them but expected they are universal if I can t find the right pipe work the pumps going back

I was told to order the wrong part despite giving the serial number Was told there is no refund for postage despite it being 2x the cost of the part

Next day delivery not next day

Can t review product as I ve still not received it Paid 12 50 for Next Day delivery when ordering on Wednesday evening so that we could have it for Friday Fed Ex updates showed it would be here by 6pm Friday then changed to end of day and now showing as pending So can only assume it ll be Monday now Not an impressive service Could have gone elsewhere and bought one quicker Other reviewer has had same issue and had I read that first I wouldn t have ordered

Ordered a pump for next day delivery which hasn t turned up Repeated calls to their 0800 number promised it had been sent but they didn t provide a tracking reference Further calls were diverted to a mobile number No response from their email address Disappointed

Warning Next day delivery isn t alway Next Day

Warning Ordering is fine But next day delivery isn t always what it says Chase for review came a day before pump delivered Ordered before 3 30 pm on Friday but wasn t delivered until Monday morning The website is misleading
