Keep getting scam calls from this
Been insured by Zego doing food Uber Food delivery and I was involved in an accident QBE was the chosen provider for my vehicle and they ve contracted another company FMG Connect which dealt with the repair courtesy car It appears that QBE only gives courtesy cars for the duration of the vehicle repairs however as my car was deemed a total loss I have been left without a vehicle since the company repairing the vehicle is not repairing my vehicle Now in order to reduce costs of running their business they leave customers without a vehicle if they are unlucky to be their customer I find this to be just not customer service but customer disservice I would have imagined judging the amounts of money this service costs to receive a better service No wonder there is a 1 start company on trust pilot

Keep getting scam calls from this company over the last couple of weeks after a car accident informing me they have been instructed by Churchill Insurance to process my personal injury claim Strangely they have no information about the accident refused to give out the name of their business and Churchill do not have any knowledge of their operation as they use an approved legal assistance provider Do not give them any information and report them to your insurer if they contact you

Bad service and never again
I have literally nearly died three times in the last three years This company absolutely does not value human life I will be Boycotting them exactly like some of my relatives did to the English taxes Twice in motorcycle accidents I nearly was garrotted by an overhead power line that was hanging across the road and they literally didn t care The repair shop was very nice and helped me out because they know the companies policies During Covid I worked as part of a specialist paramilitary unit that deals with high risk inmates I ve gotten Covid 4 times in the line of duty and they refuse to pay me a cent I m literally crippled from my sacrifices for my country Luckily my work will pay me until they sort out something else But honestly if you live in Australia this company does not value your life or anything relating to human life Avoid avoid avoid I would like to highlight how helpful my actual government is Just do not trust ruthless corporations that have your life s worth put into an algorithm that will spit out how many dollars your life is worth I am very lucky that as a single dad I m used to going without so I can wait them out However crisis and trauma affect your willingness to agree to to any sort of support That is exactly the only time you will be speaking with them When you have had acute trauma or need assistance Again just in case you needed some extra convincing my grandfather fought for this country and he would be horrified that all his hard work in unions and charitable efforts were tarnished by corruption and greed

QBE Australia is a disgusting example of an insurance company that shows no care for its customers and will use any technicality in order to avoid honouring claim We dished out premiums for years finding out that loyalty is of no value Go elsewhere as you will see poor reviews all over the net The use of technicalities to deprive customers of their money buried inside a convoluted terms and conditions is nothing other than unconscionable and dishonest May the company rot in Hell

Difficult to believe but it s true
I was reversed into when stationary by one of their insured drivers A decent chap who was very apologetic and held his hands up to liability That was 10 months ago Repeated claims by me to QBE for the insurance excess which I d had to pay - not one e-mail or Recorded Delivery letter every got answered So I issued a claim in the County Court which they also ignored and for which I got Judgement Now my insurers have told me they ve instructed solicitors to claim the costs of repairs to my car Similarly the company which provided me with a hire car are also using solicitors to reclaim their costs That all may seem unbelievable but my insurers and the car hire company are saying that QBE are rejecting the claim on the grounds their client denies having the accident I have photos of his vehicle backed into mine I have a photo of his driving licence which I took as part of the exchange of details I have his phone number I have his email address and an exchange of e-mails after the accident Yet QBE say the accident didn t happen

Got a call saying I was involved in a accident and I said no I was the witness and when I asked who they are acting on behalf of rudely hung up made a complaint and only a answerphone still no reply How do they get my details and operate in such an unprofessional manner It felt like a scam let s see what happens and then the ombudsman if not I don t want my details with any tom dick or harry thank you and accuse me of a crash

They jack up the premiums by getting people to over insure there houses Check out what the true knock down re-build prices are in your area before you believe there over inflated house valuations They pretend there is some law they are following but they are just ripping you off and increasing your premium Wish the government could do something about these rip off merchants Scumbags

Can t do hardly anything online and forced to waste time calling
I don t understand how this archaic company is still in business You can t do hardly anything online You have to call and speak with someone and they never provide written confirmation of anything up front I was told I had to wait for my cancelation to process before I d receive an email confirmation and that it could take up to 10 days It s crazy to me that you can t make changes online like with any other major insurance company
