Generally good products but some women s specific items aren t fit that well and some bottoms aren t available in different lengths

Used the micro light body warmer whilst in Canada Ice Climbing and it did exactly what I wanted Great product Rab you are working hard at delivering quality products

Great functionality tight sizing

Love the flexibility of my jacket and how well it layers The sizing is on the tight and long side which is a bit of a shame - best to keep in mind when deciding between sizes Love the idea of the repair service have a jacket currently en route to be fixed

Almost Perfect

I have just bought the Rab Microlight Alpine Down Jacket and worn it several times hiking in the Lakeland Fells Although only 700 power fill it is just what I need when the weather is cold and I am working hard climbing anything else would be too warm and bulky The jacket seems well made and is a nice fit especially the hood which can be altered to tightly fit around you head and face in real bad weather I love the fact that all three pockets have zips but did knock off one star as they all feel a bit flimsy and would benefit from a better quality and sturdier zips Apart from that I am really happy with the jacket which fits as expected

Clothing and sleeping bags are fantastic enjoy their fit and quality though the rab badge on a few of the technical T-shirts rubbed off after not so long of ownership The essential beanie also has a terrible fit But aside from that their products have never failed me

Mens Microlight Alpine Down

Rab s quality is second to none I used the Mens Microlight Alpine Down in the Peak District in November during windy and damp conditions The down kept me plenty warm with the insulated hood an extra added bonus It s incredibly breathable and lightweight The light packable weight of this down and small pack size made it easy to pack away when not required

Really good choice of products albeit a

Really good choice of products albeit a bit iffy on sizes unless you are of long 6ft-plus proportions - legs and arms are very long for average sized person ie 175cm 5 9 - having said that what I ordered was delivered quickly and without fuss and on the two occasions worn since purchase have kept me dry and warm As advertised

Quality clothes prompt customer support

Good quality clothes and perfect size match Customer service replies just on time Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that their tracking system is not in sync with the courier for example on Rab system will show parcel delivered when the courier has not delivered and instead emailed saying that they will deliver to a collection point

Top customer service

Contacted Rab because the steel ring strengthener on the entry point for the drawstring on my nine year old Rab sleeping bag had pulled loose which would mean down leakage if not fixed quickly Expecting to be told it was well out of warranty and the repair charge would be a significant e g approx half the cost of a new sleeping bag I was told instead that the issue would be treated as a warranty issue with no charge - except for initial postage I returned the bag and the repair was a top job while the turnaround was pretty quick too Top customer service

Absolutely fantastic wash and repair service

I ve had my Extreme down jacket for at least 20 years and I m afraid never got round to having it washed I paid for a wash and repair at the start of winter then ended up using it through till spring When I finally sent it I d added several new tears in the fabric The RAB team did an unbelievably great job - it was like receiving back an entirely new jacket There are no traces of the stains and the repairs are all invisible or well hidden It s brilliant to have a working zip again
