We were able to find and book OBB Austrian National Rail tickets on Rail Ninja when we re unable to do so on other websites The experience was simple efficient and clear Thank you Through no fault of Rail Ninja however our trip was a disaster when we left our couchette locked for ten minutes to use the bathrooms we were robbed of 650 cash My Italian identity card was also stolen Fortunately our phones passports and credit cards were not taken When we tried to report the theft to the OBB staff at their offices in the train station in Vienna and in their office building across from the station we were turned away and sent to the police station Needless to say our opinion of OBB has plummeted

I am planning a trip to Portugal and I needed to book a train trip from Lisbon to Porto This is my first trip to Portugal I had never used any Portuguese train travel website although I have used Trenitalia in Italy and Amtrak in the U S My experience with Rail Ninja was way better than Amtrak and better than Trenitalia I am a big fan of Trenitalia but Rail Ninja is better I could not tell that I was dealing with European train travel The website was as good as any website I have ever used - exceptionally easy and absolutely clear It was also simple and it worked I got the reservation I wanted and it is 6 months in advance My ticket will come to my email about 2 months before my trip
