Brilliant customer service

We went to Rearo on the recommendation of our builder and we re totally delighted Kieran took lots of time and was very patient I had a couple of problems with some of the materials not being the right size my fault and Kieran got it sorted within 10 minutes and got me a refund I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have ever experienced

I bought two Carerra Marble square edge panels and an internal trim online Cheaper than the bathroom showroom I d seen it in which is always a bonus I phoned the Scottish branch regarding delivery times not realising the order was being dealt with by the Northampton branch but was put through quickly and spoke to Fiona I also needed to make a slight addition to the order and this was no problem and easy to sort out the extra payment Fiona was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and the delivery was all sorted out really easily The items were delivered with no problem despite the awful weather and are now on the wall looking fabulous Thanks for making this an easy purchase and a great looking product Would recommend this company

Great service

Fantastic service from Fiona in the Northampton office I ordered 2 lengths of discontinued worktop which were safely delivered to North Devon and have now been fitted Our fitter was very impressed by the quality and the re-vamped kitchen looks great

We had a call to replace exising shower boards in a shower room for a customer with a swimming pool and needed at short notice Called Sophie Neath at the Northampton branch on Friday with the order who duly arranged a delivery for the Tuesday Thanks again
