Boring

Ordering and delivery was no problem Rebounding DVD was boring and second workout would not play Worst rebounding DVD I ve bought Update very good customer service by Lisa Refunded for DVD and asked for info on kind of exercise I like

Still trying it out

The rebounder came very quickly while I was out My son came to put it together as I can t bend down onto my knees we ve not been able to fit one side of the bar into into its slot It is bigger than I thought my own fault as I didn t read the measurements But I ve done lots of bouncing every day we will see Thank you

Sturdy and seems very strong

Amazed how much I sweated on the warm up Just annoying that I can t access the dvds as I no longer have a player Perhaps these could be easier to access online

Rebounders are Excellent for Health

I am 75 years old and have the start of osteoporosis An osteopath friend recommended I get a Rebounder as the type of exercise it delivers is so good for strengthening bones and core muscles I set my iPad to play some of my favourite bouncy songs and do 10 minutes every day I love it and have even lost some weight which was an unexpected bonus It s the most fun I ve ever had exercising

So much better that the cheaper one

This rebounder is superior to a cheaper one I got at first The cheaper rebounder was tough My back started hurting after particularly intense bouncing i don t have any back issues With this rebounder I can go as much or a little as I feel like in terms of intensity and my body feels great And the legs do fold very easily Overall quality of it is just superb I find myself jumping up on it throughout the day outside of my workout
