Just got it today I am new to rebounding world but super excited This rebounder feels solid and sturdy Great size for small space It came fully assembled which is fantastic I am on a smaller size 5 1 therefore this rebounder feels a bit too stiff for me

I first experienced rebounding with Jason Vale at Juicy Oasis in Portugal I did a LOT with f research into which rebounder was best and I landed with rebound fitness I opted for the bungee cord rebounder with the legs that fold in for easy storage I m currently just doing a ten min health bounce in the mornings to build up to a more rigorous workout

I purchased this rebounder like many people I m sure to try and become a little more active and exercise more during the new year I ll confide that I was initially looking at cheaper rebounders but I read some information on the internet stating that a number of people were not happy with their cheap rebounders for a variety of reasons I was lucky enough to see the Fitbounce Pro on an Amazon lightning deal and I decided to splurge I m glad I did because this rebounder seems to be of very high quality indeed First of all the bouncing is very quiet really pretty much silent because the unit has bungee cords instead of springs In addition the unit is very solid There is no movement or instability when you are bouncing I was initially looking at other rebounders that come with a stability bar to grab on to I m glad I did not go that route as it seems pretty unnecessary This company does sell a stability bar separately to add on if you really want one but I would suggest that you try it without one first Finally the size of this unit is 40 inches A lot of people on the internet say they really prefer a larger rebounder 48 inches and this company does sell an XL version However I found the 40 inch model to be the perfect size for me and it fits precisely in the space I had reserved for it It is easy to fold up and store but I keep mine set up since I m more likely to use it that way I track my heart rate while rebounding and you can absolutely get a nice workout with this equipment Plus the unit comes with some nice extras A workout DVD a carrying bag for when it is folded up and stored a few extra bungee cords and a pedometer for counting your jumps I personally do not use the pedometer but everything else was useful The workout DVD was a nice introduction to rebounding exercises The best thing about using a rebounder is that is it a low-impact exercise much easier on your body than jogging but you can still elevate your heart rate and get a nice workout I highly recommended the FitBounce Pro
