WHILST THE TRAMPOLINE ITSELF IS GOOD THE COMPANY ARE MIS-SELLING ON THEIR SITE AND TELLING LIES TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS Customers DO NOT get access to 100 s of workout videos when they make a purchase they only get access to 50 I m not sure how they counted the number of videos they have but it is not 100 s Very misleading and disappointing for an over priced mini trampoline You can probably get one just as good for a fraction of the price and not be mislead into buying it with the lure of 100 s of workout videos AFTER RAISING A DISPUTE THEY ADMITTED THEY DO NOT HAVE MORE THAN 50 VIDEOS BUT STILL CONTINUE TO MISLEAD ON THEIR WEBSITE05 01 22 IN RESPONSE TO SELLER S REPLY TO MY REVIEW THEY ARE LIARS AND ARE CONTINUING TO LIE I HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY PAYPAL THAT THE SELLER ADMITTED LIABILITY AND TOLD THEM THEY DO NOT HAVE MORE THAN 50 VIDEOS ONCE YOU BUY A TRAMPOLINE THE LINK WILL GIVE YOU ACCESS TO ONLY 50 THERE IS NO MENTION OF ADDITIONAL VIDEOS BEING AVAILABLE ELSEWHERE I E ON AN APP OR ANYWHERE ELSE AT ALL THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES IN VARIOUS AREAS THAT CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE ACCESS TO 100 S OF VIDEOS WHEN A PURCHASE IS MADE 2ND LIE IS THAT I DID NOT ASK THE SELLER TO SELL ME THE BUNGEE REBOUNDER AT THE SAME PRICE AS THE SPRING REBOUNDER AFTER I REQUESTED TO CANCEL THE INITIAL ORDER THE TRUTH IS I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE THE SAME EXTRAS THAT CAME WITH THE SPRING REBOUNDER AS THE BUNGREE REBOUNDER COST A LOT MORE AND CAME WITH NOTHING UNLIKE THE SPRING REBOUNDER THAT COMES WITH SAND WEIGHTS RESISTANCE BANDS ETC I HAVE MY EMAILS TO PROVE THIS 3RD LIE IS THAT I DID NOT ASK HOW TO ACCESS THE VIDEOS I KNEW HOW TO ACCESS THEM AND THIS IS HOW I LEARNED THERE ARE ONLY 50 I QUERIED WHERE THE 100 S OF VIDEOS ARE AS THERE WERE ONLY 50 AVAILABLE AND NOT 100 s AS STATED IN MANY AREAS ON THEIR WEBSITE BASED ON THE FACT THAT THE SELLER MISLED ME INTO BELIEVING I WOULD HAVE ACCESS TO 100 s OF VIDEO S I RIGHTFULLY REQUESTED A DISCOUNT AND THEY DECLINED HENCE I RAISED A CASE WITH PAYPAL THE FACT THAT THE SELLER CONTINUES TO LIE SHOULD BE ENOUGH TO TELL POTENTIAL BUYERS TO BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS INTEGRITY THESE ARE BASIC MINI TRAMPOLINES AND THE PRICE DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACTUAL ITEM PATENT PENDING GRANTED OR NOT IT S A BASIC MINI TRAMPOLINE AND YOU CAN BUY ONE JUST AS GOOD FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE ONCE AGAIN I CAN COPY AND PASTE THE EXACT WORDING OF ALL MY EMAIL COMMUNICATION WITH THE SELLER I AM HERE TO WARN OTHER BUYERS WHEREAS THEY ARE HERE TO PROTECT THEIR BUSINESS THE HAVE MORE REASON TO LIE THAN I DO MANY THANKS

From my Order till now is around 20 days and nothing was deliverd so far Of course it is christmastime and the parcel Services a very busy but 20 days are Not acceptable Try to have a logistic hub or a Partner in the EU to ensure a faster Delivery

Still waiting on replacement mat that I had to buy it was not actually replaced by the company It s been over 4 weeks now Four of the original mat straps very horrifyingly snapped while jumping

I didnt get a confirmation email I then had to get intouch to ask when my order would arrive And there was no thankyou for your order and no receipt when arrived plus I wasnt happy with the fact that I couldn t get a refund if the item was wrong

Very disappointed so far Ordered and not yet received After a number of weeks I made contact to find out when Told not yet in stock and had never told me previously Had to cancel and reorder a different smaller one The 10 voucher was not added second time Still waiting on delivery Eitherway no discount 10 or 20 is applied and I am still waiting on my purchase 24 March

The company they use to ship this thing couldn t deliver it to my college campus They said it was because I didn t put the suite number even though I did it just didn t show on the shipping label Addresses mean nothing now The mail on campus goes through one place You need a card to get in the building 50 dollars in shipping fees It will probably be two weeks before I get the item Went to the warehouse and they mislabeled it and sent to the city 2 hours north of me I offered to go pick it up there and they didn t know for certain it was even there

Very expensive though good Rebounder Still cannot work how to fold it confusing

The rebounder is quite noisy I didnt expect this from the the price I paid for the product

I love rebounding which is great as I m able to hop on and off and exercise whenever I feel the need Bought a quarter-folding rebounder in the sale at a good price and very happy with it Firm and steady with a great bounce action but a little too squeaky Was able to unfold it by myself but wont be able to fold it up without help which is a minus as it was bought for its mobility It included 3 months free membership which I have now cancelled after 2 months Be aware of this as you need to cancel or it will take payment The beginners DVD that came with the rebounder didn t work and I was sent a replacement plus a bonus one Only one worked with my DVD player I get messages saying that I have new workouts waiting but as I have had several problems accessing the members area I haven t bothered to try them out and as a result have now ended that membership Am happy with my existing DVD bought elsewhere which offers three workouts sufficient for my needs Customer service tried hard to make up for unhappy problems along the way but in the end it just didn t do it for me A great little rebounder but wouldn t bother with membership or any freebie DVDs

Long delivery date due to coronavirus pandemic provided however no specific date given Updates provided when prompted by me otherwise no communication Package arrived in awful state Damaged box held together by yellowing sellotape Likely had delivery of very old stock imported from goodness knows where Wanted to return unopened it was such a mess however decided I had waited long enough Upon opening found contents in polystyrene which was also broken and distressed Rebounder appeared fine however thankfully Contents complete but why DVD s - who has a DVD player anymore DVD s looked a little bent anyway so probably wouldn t have played if I had Very impressed with rebounder itself Good quality well made Very easy to undo ready for action and to fold to put away into excellent storage bag Good solid bounce perfect width Feels very safe Safety bar not needed so no comment Sand weights and elastic not really worth the extra in my opinion Only 3 sessions and have had to use coconut oil to reduce squeaking already which does work so we will have to see how long that lasts
