Such great customer service Thank you Liza

I wasn t able to get the balance bar for my bounce and burn

Product arrived with yellow stains all over it and it was the wrong colour

I have not received my goods yet so a little difficult to review

i ve tried to use it less than 5m and then has fallen apart - i weigh less than half the maximum weight so it s not something i have done but clearly this is a poorly designed poor quality piece of equipment pus i ve clearly been sent an old rebounder because there is a rip in one of the attachments and the floor bits were dusty i managed to get one of the spring sets back in but the other is proving impossible due to its location and a spring fell apart and somehow ricocheted off and landed on me very painfully i m extremely frustrated at the lack of response from customer services They manage to send a payment request out very quickly but don t sort out memberships or answer emails or the phone i want this device picked up and all the accessories i have paid for refunded i understand people are busy at the moment but this is a really poorly made shonky faulty piece of equipment and i want to send it back REALLY UNHAPPY

Purchased a bar to go on my rebounder It arrived a little damaged or perhaps this is just how they look scratched and torn Does not look like it s worth the price I paid for it Not well made at all

No notification of dispatch No idea what courier it was coming with I did get a DPD notification of delivery but didn t know who the sender was This was a Christmas present and the box arrived plastered with your logos and what s in the box Recipient of gift answered the door surprise ruined I even called to check before ordering if it would arrive before Christmas and I would have asked about the branded packaging but no one answered the phone Happy Christmas please try harder in 2020 Hopefully the product is great

customer service is aweful love the trampoline but not the ripped foam for the handle that it arrived with customer service wont replace since I have no order number 200 trampoline and cant use the stability bar until I find some where to purchase some foam guess i will use duct tape since you dont back up your product when given as a gift Gave you all the info I had

I was very happy with the customer service particularly with Liza in the service department who helped clarify if I had chosen the correct mat to avoid any delays One small criticism was using the tool provided to help fix the mat I found it rather flimsy and bent easily and using long screwdriver a better alternative
