Fast delivery and good service until there was a problem I was hoping to be able to exchange or return but instead got a long email explaining why I had the wrong rebounder

Overall I am pleased with the rebounder Ordered on the 1st May and arrived on the 3rd so very quick delivery It is obviously very good quality and looks sturdy and I m beginning to get used to it slowly As a 65 year old with joint issues I m taking things very carefully The only downside and the reason I have given this three stars is that two of the springs were loose when we unpacked it We couldn t find any details in the instruction booklet on how to re-attach We assumed that the long metal hook was to be used Unfortunately it buckled when we tried it Thankfully my husband still has some muscle strength left and he improvised with tools from the shed and between us we managed to do it but it took an awful lot of effort

Great product - comms around order confirmation and delivery not great received the product before receiving confirmation it had been dispatched Not managed to work out how to access the 3 months free access either

Solid and good quality but extremely noisy compared to previous rebounders I owned

I ordered directly from Rebound Fitness and my HIIT Bounce Pro Mini Trampoline was delivered promptly Order 71586 It was easy to set up and the rebounder feels well made and solid However the rebounder is extremely noisy squeaky and this is becoming worse after just one month s use I ve had rebounders before and none of them were ever this loud In a way I had hoped that this one as it was more expensive better quality would be an improvement on my previous ones but unfortunately this is not the case Hence the average mark I contacted the company before writing this review asking but received no reply

After I ordered online I received a email saying when the product left the warehouse that night I would receive a tracking number So I emailed and asked about the tracking number and then was told I should receive before Christmas

I m not sure if the product was new

I m not sure if the product was new when I purchased it as the disc was missing and there was marks on the booklet like it had been used I understand that the company do sell their returns at nearly half the price but I was charged full price for mine As far as the rebounder goes I would recommend this product

Bit disappointed

Had to chase them to find out the shipment was delayed also they advertised incorrect dates on their website The 1-2 day dispatch was not true in my case Eventually got my order in 40 days rather than the 14 i expected when I ordered I understand there are delays but I feel customers should be informed as soon as possible

I purchased the rebounder as it was

I purchased the rebounder as it was highly recommended with the caveat that it was quite noisy It is extremely noisy which I find extremely off putting and am worried about upsetting my neighbours Haven t yet tried the Vaseline which is meant to help As an exercise aid though it is very good
