My wife and I recently purchased a Rebound Fitness Bouncer Although we have yet get much use out of it it s only been 2 days we are very pleased to add it to our fitness regime There was a slight problem with one of the hinge pins and Liza at RF jumped no pun on getting us a replacement pin straight away Customer service like that is hard to come by these days and many companies could and should follow Rebound Fitness approach As a result of the quality of the Rebound Fitness Bouncer along with Liza s great customer service we will recommend this great product to all our friends and fitness partners

I am a former professional athlete with multiple body injuries from over use Still wanting to stay upright and with less pain I started rebounding with this awesome Rebound Fitness Fit Bounce Pro XL Absolute love it and the body does too I ve tried other rebounders over the years and did lots of research before purchasing this one This one is the best Customer service has been great from the company as well Solid piece of equipment and I leave it out and jump when I pass by as well as doing a 30minute workout each day

After Service I ve had my mini rebounder for a number

I ve had my mini rebounder for a number of years now and purchased it from this company The customer service is always brilliant I have just purchased a replacement mat and springs for my rebounder Once again the team were very helpful and made sure I ordered the correct mat and springs for my model as its a little older now They also sent me a link on how to put the mat and springs on That s what is great as well as the rebounder being of high quality they sell all the spares and accessories I love the rebounder socks a must for a good workout

Brilliant customer service

The rebounder was received quickly and with good communication from when I ordered it There was a slight problem with one of the poles on the stability bar on my new rebounder I contacted customer service who sent a whole new stability bar which was perfect I cannot fault the service I have received from Liza the issue was dealt with so quickly and easily I also love the rebounder it s quiet and sturdy and a fun way to exercise

This rebounder is fantastic I initially purchased a BCAN being new to rebounding because I didn t want to spend a lot of money Since loving rebounding I decided I wanted a higher quality softer bounce option I spent so much time and effort researching as it was so difficult to decide I finally decided on this one as I had heard reviews that it rivals Bellicon and Jumpsport for a fraction of the price Also it folds and comes with a carrying case which was extremely appealing as I want to take it with me on driving vacations The bounce is beyond amazing I feel no pain and while doing workouts it is way more challenging being that it is soft I love that and it s exactly what I wanted Could not recommend this more

Bought Maximus Pro from this company via ebay The parcel arrived within 24 hours via DPD 2 days earlier than expected Sadly the box looked like it had a traumatic journey On opening I also noticed a few disconnected springs problem with handle bar videos and bounce counter were faulty Contacted Rebound fitness and everything was sorted in a flash lots of friendly helpful communication resulted in replacements for the damaged items arrived the next day still earlier than my original anticipated date Alls good thanks to Lizas commitment to great service Cant recommend them high enough and love the bouncer thank you
