Quick delivery good price

Reboxed was suggested to me by my network provider Lebara I spent a while deciding on which phone to buy and chose an Apple phone 13 The delivery was quick and efficient and the phone arrived in a sturdy box with charger cable I am pleased with the phone as it s was sold as pristine condition and was as new I would recommend Redboxed if you re looking to change or upgrade your phone

I love my reboxed iPhone

I love my reboxed iPhone I was forced to upgrade after my phone couldn t download essential apps and was becoming a hindrance I had the same phone for years so wasn t interested in constantly upgrading and wasting valuable resources Reboxed are such a great company with a great idea fabulous customer service My phone looked brand new and was great value Highly recommend

Over a week since ordered and not

Over a week since ordered and not received anything No replies to emails No replies to online chat No reply to there own message service Web site has no contact details or address where based which is always dubious Credit card company next call UPDATE Reboxed picked on my poor review and telephoned me personally to explain what had happened They were most apologetic and said it doesnt happen very often They have resolved the issue and restored my faith in the company I think they will get better as time passes and they introduce new systems to improve their customer service -

I really love my new iPhone 13 pro

What can I say I m so happy to have found a brand who actually cares about tackling global e-waste ensures that their products are always on trend and affordable and they have a super friendly customer service team and fast delivery I recently brought a iPhone 13 pro and it arrived super quickly in cute sustainable packaging I m so happy with my new phone I can t fault Reboxed and I d definitely recommend them - they re the best

All good

All good Mightn t have got the phone if I hadn t chased DPD driver up the road who said he left without delivering because he was blocking the road So maybe Reboxed should use another delivery service But Reboxed good communicaters

Great Service

Just received my refurbished AirPod pros from Reboxed They arrived quickly in very nice packaging They look brand new and work absolutely perfectly I also had an inquiry after ordering and the customer support got back to me right away Great service I ll absolutely be using them again for future electronics purchases Absolutely worth it in my opinion to save some money

Still great after nearly 2 years

I ve had my reboxed iPhone category great for nearly two years now On arrival it was like new and it still operates like new no battery issues Love the environmental ethics of this company and will buy my next upgrade from them hopefully not for a few years though

Phone delayed to be delivered by two days Upon delivery the phone is in good condition almost like new Battery life is good and no scratches on screen nor in back The cable was delivered but no plug with package Happy with the phone so far- I have had it for one month now

I love my new to me Samsung phone and am delighted with Reboxed s service I realised it was time to retire my old S8 and discovered Reboxed from my phone company Smarty Thanks to Smarty s discount I bagged a flawless Galaxy S21 for less than my alcohol spend in an average month Ordering from Reboxed was simple I thought there had been a payment issue but Emma replied by email to reassure me that the payment had been processed My phone arrived promptly and it s impossible to tell that it s refurbished My next upgrade will be via Reboxed I am happy to recommend them to family and friends HoboBidi Now I need to focus on my beer consumption

Just bought my second mobile phone from Reboxed First one was iPhone X back in 2021 never head any issues and it s still working well I now upgraded to iPhone 13 mini in premium condition It basically looks and feels like a brand new phone as described Great packaging same as last time Battery health 84 which means it s still in peak performance Please note the previous iphone from them was also 84 at time of purchase and have been enjoying it for the last 3 years without issues Reboxed is good for the planet I don t think I will ever go back to buying new devices Thank you
