Found this company through Smarty Mobile who recommend them for customers needing replacement phone The website for purchasing is easy to use - and once I found the definition of the grades all was clear I opted for middle grade the phone I found was fair prices compared to other used sellers In fact was several hundreds of pounds cheaper than a high st reseller near me and half the price of one listed by Apple At the same time I took up reboxed s offer to buy my old one The offer was around the same as Apple had offered me also music magpie The trade in worked flawlessly and I was quickly paid The new phone had arrived beautifully packaged and in amazing condition I couldn t fault it other than battery health being 87 they guarantee above 80 I can live with that Because I made an error in the process I had to speak with their customer services Who resolved things beautifully I couldn t have asked for more Thoroughly recommended route to safely buy a used phone

Following the purchase of a handset I needed a VAT receipt for my business accounts I dropped a request comment on their chatbot outside of Reboxed working hours Their bot requested my email address and said it would pass on my comment First thing next morning I was emailed by their customer service team to say a receipt had been requested It was emailed through the next day While it would be easier if Reboxed had receipts available to download on a shopper s account I can t fault their polite response and rapid resolution of my request Great customer service all round

Ordered a phone that feels practically new Fantastic customer service feel very valued and cared for They make things happen Have to change the address as I made a mistake they replied and made the amendment so quickly that it arrived at the right place Even though the phone had a minor functioning problem they provided all the free return instructions and got the phone back to me in an even better condition
