It didn t arrive in the post so had to print the voucher Would have liked to give my husband the red letter envelope for our anniversary Saturday 23rd but hey ho

Order placed paid for next day delivery Delivery arrived days late for present needed on time for someone special on their birthday Tried to resolve issue through chat bot No success In fairness Red Letter Days have now refunded the next day delivery charge I ve not had an issue with previous orders but this order fell short of their standards

Found purchasing voucher very easy but to use it was a Faf Rang a number and message said DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE but at the end of the message it said after the tone leave a message So I emailed my details and took 7 emails from me to the venue to book and confirm I don t mind as I m ok emailing but for someone not confident it might put them off

Complicated booking procedure

I felt the booking of the event was complicated on line and resorted to booking direct on the phone with the venue I think if I d done that in the first place it would probably have saved quite a bit of money but when I first looked it didn t seem possible to do that I ve learned my lesson and will always try to book direct in future

Not clear as to where item is available

What I wanted young drivers experience is not necessarily available in my area I needed to know if it was and which days were available before I booked bought a voucher no point buying it and then finding it was only available at the other end of the country I found this impossible to do I did buy a voucher for afternoon tea at a Marco Pierre White restaurant as we have one near us I have not yet used it the tea is to include a glass of bubbles I don t see that on the voucher other than it says a sparkling tea we shall see

The seats available with the tickets weren t fantastic and you missed parts of the show because of this

Could do betterGreat location and interesting building However it was cold and music really intrusive Very surprised with the sandwiches we were given as the fillings bore no resemblance to those described on the menu Didn t know what half of them were Place was pretty empty so no real atmosphere

Staff were very friendly

Staff were very friendly but we had booked a champagne afternoon tea which we never received so we had paid for something we didn t have quite a disappointment

Like the range of offers Dislike completely the process of trying to book one too many stages It is not clear how best to use the total sum of voucher eg Spa day sometimes includes 1 or 2 treatments and lunch or not Would not recommend buying a voucher for anyone would rather got direct to supplier

Nice staff and generally good fun

Nice staff and generally good fun although we were thrown in the rear of the tank behind the family of the driver We didn t see much therefore and it was basically a ride in a noisy vibrating box We should have said something but it was all well run so we let it slide
