Sunday 24 03 2024 this was my third attempt to make this flight This was not Heli Air fault but the crazy weather we have been having The staff at Heli Air were brilliant making a new date for my flight easy The flight itself was one the best I cannot fault any part of it the staff and the pilot were the best I would recommend this if want to see London from different viewpoint

I wanted to give a treat to my daughter hr husband and family for Easter so bought a voucher for a Zoo visit Part of my idea for this year to make memories each month with my family and record them It was easy to book and actually cheaper than going directly through the Zoo website They are delighted and looking forward to the visit on a day thatt will suit us all

As a Christmas present we had afternoon tea at the Park Lane Hilton It was a lovely experience and the attentiveness of the staff was amazing especially Mario our waiter The food was fantastic and I even had a complimentary glass of sparkling wine because it was Mother s Day

Booked red bus bistro Edinburgh through your company A few weeks earlier My sisters booked a date I didn t like the fact that after I had paid I had to email red bus bistro myself to see if the date I wanted was available luckily it was but it would have been so much more reassuring if I had known this before paying through red letter days Big plus for Red Letters Days for selling this trip considerably cheaper than the actual website your website was easy to navigate and to find what I was looking for

George in Customer Service was brilliant at solving the problem I had which I ordered a voucher and then realised I d given the incorrect email address for it to go to He was very polite and extremely helpful and managed to get the voucher to the correct email for me really appreciate his help as it was for a birthday present

I had to extend coupon twice due to COVID etc which was out of Red Letter Days control The process for this was made very simple and had help when needed The eventual break I had was exactly as shown on there website Myself and the wife really enjoyed the short break I have now used Red Letter on two separate occasions and think they are great Hoping to get another soon
