Illegally charging tax on closing and shoes
We don t have tax on closing and shoes in New Jersey and for the second time this company is fraudulently charging me tax I had to call several times and spoke with several foreign countries customer support representatives without any luck Please be careful when ordering

I have been waiting for my package for
I have been waiting for my package for 5 days extra from the promised delivery date Saks and the carrier have done nothing to ensure a paying customer which is me that I will receive my package or will be compensated for the Mis-information and anxiety of not receiving my package on said delivery date or my package being missing at this point I don t want it because it s clear it is not goin to make it here in time for the holidays Tracking does not mean anything and customer service is horrible to a customers purchase or information Saks should not use this carrier they are extremely horrible with deliveries and they do not have a option to pick up packages which is insane and such a inconvenience

Will Not Stand By There Products
I purchased multiple items from this business online Unfortunately one of the Hugo Boss Tshirts had a stitching defect which resulted in the threads coming loose I contacted the company to get this rectified but they said as the product was out of its return period they could not help me what so ever I said I had only just noticed the issue as I purchased so many products from them and had just taken the tshirt out of my closet They said it didn t matter and wouldn t cover it Absolutely disgusting customer service on a designer product that should have been covered by manufacturer defect warranty You can tell that this business doesn t care about its customers and will not stand by the products it sells Shame on you for taking advantage of your customers

Do Not Buy Anything from Saks Off 5th
I purchased a LED face mask from them less than 2 months ago have only used it a handful of times It will not charge or turn on properly and randomly will beep incessantly Saks would only offer a 15 credit for a defective product their idea of customer service is ridiculous I do not recommend buying this mask or anything else from Saks Off 5th

DO NOT SHOP AT SAKS off 5th online
DO NOT SHOP AT SAKS off 5th online I bought 7 items a week ago received only 3 items all 3 wrong items - the package says my name and address and inside the package The invoice has someone else s name and order I called to let them know so I can ship back this order and ask them to send me my items - Customer service is very rude and not let me talk she was speaking the whole time and cutting me offthey cannot send my items but they can give me a refund 15 days after I take the wrong items to the USPS storethe rest of my shipment is coming in 10 to 17 days which did not say that when I made the order-I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was put on hold for 42 minutes and did not get to speak to one because they are extremely busy I bet a lot of people are complaining about the horrible customer serviceI was upset and told them that I want the whole order to be refunded and I do not want any of the other items but of course customer service told me that cannot because the items are in process even though they re not shipped yet still in processMy advice is stay away from this horrible company and customer service however I ve always had good experiences at this store but will never ever shop online even if they have 90 off

Shipping Inaccurate flawed
Package delivered 3 days prior to advised arrival date Package left outside of any locked doors went missing Refused any help Luckily purchased on Amex so it will be refunded but not purchasing again from Saks off Fifth

Is it possible to give negative stars
Is it possible to give negative stars They are scam artists I ordered 2 coats and 2 pair of gloves Got one of the coats The shipment tracker says that it is still out for delivery and due to be delivered a month ago I tried to call with no success I went through online customer service and told what happened and now I cannot sign in to their site on my pc and the app won t even open on my phone I guess you are not supposed to call them on their game BUYER BEWARE
