I WAS SCARED BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS I READ ONLINE BUT I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE

When I first made my order and looked at all the reviews online I got scared that my item may be defective wrong or something but I am very pleased to say that I had a very good experience ordering from Saks Fifth Avenue and I think there needs to be a good review about them to counter the bad ones to ease people s worries about online purchasing so here we go I made an international order since I am from Canada and my item came in a week I ordered a MCM backpack so the item is pretty large and it came in a box It delivered to my house and you have to sign The item itself is perfect and authentic with no defects or anything like that I did not return this item so I do not have an experience with returning anything When I had a question about the international order I used the chat they had on their website and the person I spoke to was helpful in explaining international shipments ship to a warehouse distribution place and then it ships to where you are located so there is a lot of shipping Their site is legit and they plan on opening a store at the Toronto Eaton Centre which means they are doing well Hope this helps
