Warranty that works

The laptop slot zippers on my Spectrolite 2 0 backpack just gave way recently on work trip just a couple of weeks before one year anniversary of purchase Took it to the repair centre on Oxford Street London MV and Pasquale were extremely helpful throughout Having tried to repair the zip they discovered a product defect A replacement was quickly processed and given a brand new spectrolite at no extra cost at all thank you MV Pasquale and Samsonite

Very prompt replies on whatsapp about my case and invitation to come to the shop My pull up handle was mended in a very thorough and meticulous way and the repair expert Santiago was very friendly and professional A great ambassador for the shop and Samsonite brand An excellent experience

I ve just dealt with Santiago in your Oxford Street store to deal with damage to a suitcase handle and all I can say is that he is an absolute credit to your company courteous efficient and sorted me out of a tight spot in no time I hope you realise good people are hard to get these days

From the moment I contacted the team they were responsive and helpful When I arrived at the store they were hassle free and focused on ensuring my issue was resolved to the highest standard Finally I really appreciated that they then showed me the repair and explained what they had done

Go for a repair

I went to the repair shop in Oxford Street after the lock on my suitcase suffered after a long tour I was greeted at the entrance to the shop and assisted to the repair department where the young repair man worked on it immediately and sorted the problem He explained what had happened and made sure I was happy with the repair before I left I was very happy with the service and would certainly recommend it

It pays to buy Samsonite

Excellent service from Santiago and Pasquale on the Repairs Desk at the Oxford Street store They successfully freed and repaired the jammed zipper on my small suitcase This level of aftercare and support is why I will always buy Samsonite cases

Amazing experience

Amazing efficient and cheap change of the 4 wheels and lock of my almost 10 years old suitcase in less than 30 min by a very friendly staff member Could send information the day before to make sure they have what needed you can do it by email or WhatsApp
