Nice product poor service

The carry on is as expected Functional robust nice and the hidden expansion actually works But they send me 3 and charged for 3 They never send an order confirmation or invoice and no return information I didn t need 3

Smaller than advertised and no means to review

The suitcase is reasonable but of course wildly overpriced for what it is The size in all 3 dimensions is at least 2cm smaller than advertised Really unacceptable when every cubic inch counts when it comes to luggage They have star ratings on their website and the site says supposedly a third party manages reviews but mysteriously there is no method available to submit one so here I am
