Livingston store staff are rude and racist

Staff in their Livingston store are rude racist and lacks empathy If you are non-English speaker then good luck to you if served by the staff called Maureen She is really a disturbed person The manager has 0 management skills and doesn t know what she s doing Spent over 300 there and was treated like a beggar You feel uncomfortable the moment you step in to that store

Horrible service

Horrible service Samsonite claims to sell cabin-sized bags but in fact their products are considerably larger Complete rip off When confronted with that they take no responsibilty and make it very difficult to return their product For such a big company one would think it would have better standards I guess they don t care about their reputation

Damage and dirty

Ordered my first Samsonite cabin luggage and arrive damage and looks used as the wheels looks very dirty I wrote to Customer Care and informed that my purchase has damaged and looks dirty and usedand they ask me to sent a photos which I did Was expecting Samsonite to delivering good products to all world wide customer but unfortunately I was let down by the quality they sent me I asked if I can change into a different design and have not heard from Customer care support so I sent it back and now awaiting for my refunds I was disappointed that the world famous Samsonite has let me down

I have a brand new case and the lock

I have a brand new case and the lock broke at the airport prior to travel Customer service has been unhelpful and unsympathetic They initially wanted me to pat to return for a repair but have now arranged a free collection I don t trust the locking system and although the case is brand new I didn t use within the first 30 days so they won t refund or exchange The outlet store were prepared to do this and were really helpful but head office won t sanction the exchange I will NEVER buy from Samsonite again

WASTE OF MONEY BROKE ON 1st TRIP

Only used suitcase once and it has a tear Been told it is irreparable Have old suitcases that are going strong only changed it to have 4 wheels instead of 2 What a waste of money What is the point of buying a supposedly good quality case only to have it beak on its 1st trip I have another one and am really worried that I the same thing will happen to that one WASTE OF MONEY

One of the worst quality for the Luggage Customer spent lots of money on Brand name like Samsonite and no quality any Warranty covering Next time buying product from local brand it will save lots of money

What warranty Will be reporting Trading Standards

As another person wrote this company s warranty is worthless and a scam I live in Cornwall no service repair centres for 275 miles so would have to pay to have it collected What warranty doesn t cover collection and delivery And then if it s deemed not to be covered by warranty it ll cost a small fortune to repair So I ll be contacting Trading Standards to see if this unscrupulous behaviour is illegal Shame on you

The worst customer service in the world They do not honour their warranty Wheels on luggage broke twice in less than a year Store manager on Tottenham Court Road London refused to replace luggage of an 81 year old who had to fly out the next morning They refused to give their name or the regional manger name details under the pretext of data protection Offered to repair luggage in 4-6 weeks and claimed they are never authorised to replace luggage and this rarely happens They blamed the airlines We had to buy brand new luggage elsewhere

4 day delivery guarantee false

Very disappointed in Samsonite Ordered a suitcase based on their online guarantee that it would arrive within 4 working days On the fourth day the tracking still showed at Shipper created a label UPS has not received the package yet Rang the customer support line and was told they would investigate with the warehouse and email me back Did not receive a reply Rang back the next day to be told there was a known issue with shipping but Samsonite did not want to update their website to reflect this It is very frustrating that this is a known issue within the company but they are not flagging it with customers I have now had to cancel the order because the arrival date is still unknown and it is unlikely to arrive ahead of my flight

Worst quality luggage ever bought two sets one red one silver Both have now failed due to broken wheels that are impossible to find anywhere even eBay and Amazon Customer service give the same response both times they no longer stock the wheels needed Very expensive cases that are now useless as Samsonite don t honour warranty as case is only 18 months old and used twic
