Brilliant fast service from the in-house repair team

Brilliant service from the repair studio upstairs at the Samsonite shop in Oxford Street I was in touch on email initially to see if they could repair a broken zipper slider They responded really quickly to let me know I could just pop in with no appointment and they d be able to take care of this When I did they fixed it within 5 or 10 mins at a very reasonable cost Wonderful service so efficient fast and friendly

Fantastic customer service

The team at Oxford Circus repair center were fantastic My luggage was fixed in no time and the gentleman was very pleasant I am disappointed that I can not recall his name

I brought in three Samsonite suitcases for repair

I brought in three Samsonite suitcases each with different repair needs eg zippers not working after many years of faithful service The repairs were made while I waited and the very courteous repairman did a great job All three are working like new once again It is a terrific service and a good reason for buying Samsonite

Impressive work

Very impressed by the Samsonite repair studio team on Oxford street My hand luggage wheels were bad and they didn t have the spares because it s an American model but they explored all available options to ensure it was changed and I got it back in time for my trip Thank you

Fantastic repair job

I could find no-one who could replace the missing wheel on my samsonite suitcase until I found the Samsonite mini-repair shop in Oxford street The staff were friendly and very efficient They found a near-match for the wheel made the necessary modifications and rapidly restored the case to full working order I would highly recommend them to everyone

Great customer service

Great customer serviceGot my luggage in 2015 from Costco UK Apparently it was an American model Santiago at the Samsonite repair in Oxford Street was very helpful and although the bag was not repaired at the end I got vouchers which will be used toward a new bag

Ecodiver range Westfield Shepherd s Bush

Samsonite store in Westfield Shepherd s Bush Staff very friendly and knowledgable I bought a couple of the Ecodiver suitcases with wheels and I m very pleased with the quality they ve been round the world and hardly a mark on them

The repair shop on Oxford Street is great

The repair shop on the first floor of the Samsonite shop is amazing Able to repair promptly and onsite One of the best easiest travel save services - no stress and now we can wheel our 10 year old but still very workable bag home no problem
