RUN THEY ARE LIARS
I recently just imported a car from them it got here and it was faulty The Engine light wasn t working well and I immediately reported it back to the Sales Representative Amir Niazi guess what the guy just brushed the whole claim off and went missing He hasn t responded to either of my messages or Emails Launched a complaint through their claims portal and let me tell you I have been pushed around close to 3 4 people they all keep repeating the same texts and asking for prove of my case which I sent them all and receipts of all the amount of Money I have used so far that is not even it the car still ain t okay I have been asked to replace the whole Damn Gear box as it could be the issue This is to a 2016 Nissan I am pissed Frustrated literally everything you can think of Oh Amir hasn t even tried reaching out at all and so far they are ignoring the whole issue Right now I d wish and hope that we get enough people and just sue the company for the injustices End of Rant

I have purchased a few cars with them over the past few years most recently I purchased a batch of 34 vehicles from them I paid for the cars almost as soon as the invoices were made available to me I was then given shipment invoices which I also paid as soon as they were emailed and communicated to me Once the cars were shipped out I was told by the sales agent Brishna that I have to pay a storage cars on these cars Daylight robbery they have no ethics nothing was ever communicated with me regarding this Raised it with her manager who was just as clueless and started giving me pathetic examples of if you park your car somewhere you will have to pay the parking fines They are simply the worst exporters to deal with out of Japan Stay clear Theiving robbers

No deposit No car not responding 3 months now
Paid a deposit and bought a Honda car from them They told me that following purchase the car would be shipped in 5to6 weeks Bought the car in July still waiting till today they told me a different story everyday I asked for my deposit to be refunded in August they asked me to provide different documents which I did but till today no refunds received Now they no longer respond to my calls emails or messages Called their customer service a lady answered and after telling her my problems she dropped the call tried calling back but they no longer answer the phone This is a scam company but I will get my money back

Guys stay away from this car dealer I was so lucky to not get scammed as I already reserved a car from SBT and was issued with an invoice 13k euro for Mazda CX5 when I seen the same car in other website for sale from completely different car dealer Do not believe them and avoid them on any cost This company should to be closed and prosecuted for a fraud over their customers Hope my review can help other people to not get scammed
