We had no phones the other morning we are a GP practice and this service is vital There was no support until 8 30am which we were not aware of this is not acceptable for primary care putting patient health at risk When I did speak with Gareth he sorted the problem immediately and with efficiency Excellent care from Gareth appalling service prior to this

My machine had a major wobble leaving me entirely incommunicado with the rest of the company Whilst there was definitely a reluctance on the UK side of SCG to put me through to someone I understand the need to categorise tickets pass them on for call backs but do think there needs to be a level of assessment when the issue is explained as the effect of the issue was a Sev 1 for me I was insistent on being put through Heinrich has dealt with a few of my tickets in the past and is always helpful and pleasant to communicate with The issue is now sorted and I know what to look for should it re-occur
