At my child s school we have to use school trends for their uniform They have a great website easy to use shipping was good too I find the sizing of the body comes up smaller but the arms come up bigger

The parcel arrives within the agreed period The parcel is in good state and put it in a safe place outside my house The clothes is in good condition However without tag I doubt if it is second hand at first I believe it is brand new

Fabulous Service

School Trends have always offered a prompt and efficient service to our school community over the years All orders are fulfilled with accuracy and excellent customer service and the value for money and quality of our uniform items is also much appreciated

Quality s a cut above but fit is no so

Shirts arrived pretty quickly and packed accordingly The style of the polo shirt has somewhat changed with only two buttons as apposed to three that they came with before which is a shame The tee shirt is rather tight around the chest but length is perfect I assume that these differences are due to a different supplier which I preferred before these

Good quality and good customer service to sort delivery issues

We had a bit of a wobble at the start I ordered and waiting the 28 days it stated before chasing up my order It turned out to be the delivery s fault of delivering my package to someone else far from my address It took a while to get through to school trends as the response is around 2 days After day 5 of chasing up my order Tracey phoned me and she managed to get my order through as a priority and this was delivered the next day I am very happy with the quality of my purchase

Attempted to email to enquire about sizes as my son usually wears 6-7 7-8 depending on the brand Their size guide measures him as a 3-4 year old What 3 year old has a 24 inch chest Update To this saying a negative review is the only way to get a response - I have had two very helpful emails and a response to my review and have been informed that turn around times are low at the moment Anne and May were informative kind and helpful I have given 4 stars based on customer service but still deducted one as the sizes still don t match up to other uniform providers high street brands and this is really confusing

Great speedy service and customer experience

I ordered pretty late on in the summer holidays due to a last minute change of school Even though the order could take up to 28 days I emailed customer services in a bit of a panic and they replied immediately and within a matter of days the uniform was here Such a relief and great quality too My daughter says it is very comfortable
