I brought a pair of boot sandals which i really liked but they just didn t fit around my calves They would have been perfect if they did fit as they looked really dressy when they were on The boots arrived on time and I was updated along the way with the delivery I also had to pay postage for my return but it wasn t very expensive

Delivery was swift but shoes Gola trainers were wrong size some confusion on UK US sizing and insoles missing and areas of glue over the outside I wonder if they were actually genuine or seconds I have not bothered returning them as they will do for my son who s feet grow like grass and doesn t care what he wears They were relatively cheap so the hassle of sending them back in current conditions does not seem worth it

The trainers arrived quickly but the label had been removed which suggested that they had perhaps been a demo pair in store There was also a mark on the side of the sole

The box arrived quite damaged and the sneakers were somewhat wrinkled as the box came directly in a plastic bag Additionally when the sneakers were delivered to me I had to pay an extra 17 euros in customs fees now i can see is in the shipping info I was testing with the first purchase to buy three more pairs of the same sneakers because I wanted to always have a new pair in reserve but I won t do it anymore Even so it is an edition of Adidas that I have bought three times before and could no longer find anywhere

Adidas Gtx terrex

I have had to edit my review for Scorpion shoes after hastily posting 5 stars for prompt service good comms and excellent product the first 2 are still true but unfortunately the Adidas Terrex AX3 shoes I bought had a branding issue with one the stripes completely missing prompting comments of fake and being stung Scorpion I only wear Adidas and even the size of the faulty shoe feels tighter than the other one may just be the type of shoe hiking but I ve never had this issue before and would have bought half a size up I had even tried the shoes on at a store nearby to gauge the size before buying from Scorpion their price was better on Black Friday so fit should have been perfect a bit disappointed though and with hindsight should ve just paid that extra 25 quid

The sliders are all rubber

I thought these sliders I bought were cloth tops but they are rubber so need to send them back Only way to send back is Royal Mail which i found a bit complicated had to put size and weight in wish you could send them back via another service and not just RM Came quick enough but like I said they are the wrong material I would definitely buy from this firm again but will make sure I read the material part next time They are for my granddaughter who has a pair already but in cloth top and they are so soft and gorgeous

Fast service got what I ordered

I ordered two pairs of shoes and got them just a very few days later despite it being international shipping in the correct sizes and excellent condition If anything int shipping could have been cheaper but as the shoes were on sale it was still cheaper than buying those same shoes in my own country without the discount

Brilliant site

Brilliant site great price and free shipping for my item Would have given 5 stars if the tracking number was in my confirmation email or showed on my account As it was delivery was fairly quick but I like to know when it is due out this was solved by a simple phone call and the staff were friendly and helpful

satisfactory customer service

After having quality issues with trainers purchased for my daughter Scorpion shoes after being informed of full facts were most helpful with offering a full refund including no return postage costs I can t recommend the brand of shoes we purchased - but Scorpion seem to be a trustworthy honourable company to deal with
