Satisfied with shoes

Thought I was getting 5 pounds off using the promo code Guess the code wasn t for the shoes I got Should of read the fine print Customer service wasnt too helpful on the matter Great shoes though and decent shipping times

Cheap shoes but not impressed with service

I bought a couple of pairs of shoes which were then dispatched to then receive an email to say they one pair was out of stock-but they were still in stock on the website and a refund had been processed They then contacted me to say they made a mistake and it was the other pair out of stock I then got an email to say they were both in stock being sent next day delivery but they didn t turn up the next day and I ve just received my bank statement and after saying the refund had been processed no it hadn t Nice shoes and good prices but a lot of hassle

Ok but expensive

Site did everything as expected Shoes arrived in good time etc Shoes were for sale at top notch price compared to all other sites but were the only ones that had my size maybe that s why Despite internet searches I could not find any discount codes etc except 5 off for subscribing to their newsletter

The package was sent promptly

Hi Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and had to send the package back however the cost of 10 return postage has made me reluctant to buy from the internet again as fitting shoes boots can be difficult normally I am a 4 but the boots I ordered were too small If the return was free I would risk purchasing again but not until then regards Stephany

Ok service

Bought 2 pairs of converse One arrived in days and I was very pleased with service The others weren t in stock despite saying so online I was waiting 4 weeks and had to chase you 3 times then finally cancelled my order and was forced order last minute for a wedding elsewhere Annoying Was very impressed with price and initial delivery but then not impressed from there on

Four days too late

I ordered shoes on the 21st of December I chose next day delivery so they would come for my Sister s Christmas but they didn t arrive until the 27th of December My Sisters gift was giving to her late which was disappointing as I payed 5 99 for next day delivery and they didn t even arrive Which I feel should be reimburse Kind regards Scott McGregor

Lovely shoes not so great on delivery

I was very happy with the shoes I bought however it was sent by tracked Royal Mail and it was a little disappointing that there was no option for them to leave it in a safe place etc Also the parcel was not safely packed at all as when I collected it from the RM depot the bag was open and so the shoes had fallen out of the bag and the boxes were tatty

Purchaser pays return postage

Delivery very fast with a lovely personalised note inside The colour was not what I thought Looked more metallic online Unfortunately the purchaser has to pay the return postage which i think is very unfair as the shoes look different online than they do when they arrived Would like to return them

The experience was positive

The experience was positive Excellent delivery times The only negative note is that I can not in any way blocked the order when I make a mistake I was wrong to enter the size and if I want to change it I have to send the product back at my expense Instead I would have preferred to be able to block it when it had not yet left

Difference of price between website and store

I looked for a particular style of trainers and luckily found it in scorpionshoes com I placed an order online and received them on time for my holidays my surprise comes when I see the same trainers in store cheaper than in the website Very disappointed I did not expect having to pay more money when you order something online than we you visit one of the stores I don t think I will ever shop again
