Parcel received damaged Immediate react by mail no reaction back This was my first order but also my last

After years of purchasing from a trusted site called Amazon I decided to spend that extra on a quality pair of all black converse trainers for my new job Arranged for my trainers to be delivered at my works address like all mine and my collegues items do as we always have someone to receive and sign for After checking the delivery status it was all running on time and actually before schedule except I never actually recieved the goods thinking I would investigate further and five a little more time to be dispatched I contacted them to confirm they had actually gone out for delivery to my horror they confirmed this and after a few more emails to explain the above heard nothing more I have started a new job with no new trainers 50 out of pocket but more shocked at the lack of approach to my enquiry by not even contacting me back on what to do next this is poor customer care one I haven t ever really recieved or expect

I placed an order and paid for a next day delivery It never arrived I had to call to know what had happened and they didn t know they said it might be that i was not at home when they arrived but no one ever called me on the day of delivery I asked then to deliver in store and do a pick up Asked them to discount then the 5 extra pounds I paid for the next day delivery service and they said they couldn t because was not their fault When I arrive to the store to pick up the order they didn t know what I was talking about and took them almost half an hour to sort it on the phone and finally get the shoes One week later that I was supposed to recieve them 5 pounds of extra cost for a service that never happened and spending my own time and money to get to the store

1 It is not clear why canceled my order 2 Told me about it after I wrote a letter stating that so far has not received the order 3 And my money is still locked on the card

I purchased some converse for my boyfriends birthday present a good week in advance so they would arrive on time This site was the cheapest id found them ordered them all fine great service etc I got a conformation email and a dispatched item email so all good Then a few days later i then revived another email saying to ignore all previous emails and the converse i paid for were out off stock Not impressed I was told i would receive a refund but that is not the point i then had to pay over the odds on another site with expensive next day delivery charges so they would get here on time Surley an item thats out of stick should be noted on the site and customers should not be able to purchase them Very unprofessional i think

Delivery was fast box was ripped doesn t look like it was done through transit no tags on product plus a couple of marks on the toe of the trainers Will stick will well known shops from now on

Gave the correct address but when it reached my country the post office could not deliver my package as the address given by your side was incomplete Thus i have to pay 21 90 to collect it from their headquarters Utterly disappointed

You re able to order stuff from their site and pay for it right away I then received an e-mail a few days later stating they didn t have my item in stock and would refund my money that was a week ago and I m still waiting for my money

Ordered trainers Trainers arrived in good time however arrived faulty Returned trainers Refund proceed again in good time but was charged 3 99 adjustment fee despite it not being my fault that the shoes arrived faulty Will not use this company again

Purchased 75 shoes from this independent and what they sent me looked that they had been already worn It s like they send damaged or faulty footwear to online customers thinking they re less likely to return them Next time will use JD or Sports Direct
