Good luck getting a refund

I ordered two pairs of Irregular Choice shoes on arrival one box was completely squashed and the ribbon was broken I sent both pairs back which swiftly appeared back on the website the following day after they received them As for me I m still waiting for my refund nearly two weeks later I ve emailed numerous times been ignored for the most part but fobbed off for the rest of it Their refund policy is up to 7 days take that as 7 days and then another 7 days as they refund via echeque yet the shoes are back on sale immediately Complete joke I will never buy from here again

Product and price good not informed of delivery date

Everything ok apart from not being informed when the item would be delivered which meant no one was in to sign and had to wait for item to go back to post office then trail across to the post office The money I spent in petrol meant I could have just got the from the shop for the same price

Low procesng of order

I made my 1st order and its ship fast But my second order so many thing they want They want me to send my id i send it They want me to send a billing statement i send it But until now my 2nd order not ship Until when i wait for the shipment of my second order Its already paid and complete

Ordered shoes Thursday night paid for next day delivery as we were going in holiday on the Monday Shoes didn t arrive until tuesday At this point we are already on holiday and wasted our money paying extra for next day Customer service was also shocking when we called to discuss the matter no tracking on email sent to us either I will not be ordering from here again

Sizes

I am normally a size 7 which is usually a 40 however your size chart stated 41 was a 7 and they were huge Had to return them at my expense not the best service

Provide a better return policy

Bought a pair of boots for my husband ordered the correct size per the sizing chart and they were so small didn t fit at all Tried to return them for a larger size but did not receive a return label I was advised to return them on my own-after going to several places the post office UPS FedEx the lowest cost I could find was 79 USD Just didn t seem worth it to me Now I m stuck with the boots that no one can wear Just frustrating They should provide an easier way for people to return that is not so costly if they are not able to provide free shipping like everyone else does

WATER DAMAGE TO BOX

Loved the shoes Last pair Disappointed as box was water damaged and the blue has marked the beige part of shoes Also the insole is rippled where the water damage has got If it wasn t the last pair I would of returned

Wont be buying from again

Not worth buying from if overseas buyer - especially Australia as I found sizing not in alignment with Australian sizing and postage way too expensive for the shipment over but definitely for return shipment from Australia back to the UK
