I ordered a pair of shoes in the U S

I ordered a pair of shoes in the U S When the shoes showed up they were the wrong size I blamed them they blamed me The website should convert sizes if they see you are a U S customer The company is not based upon customer satisfaction thats for sure

Poor quality

I ordered some Camper sandals for summer as they looked both pretty and practical - how wrong I was The first time I wore the sandals was on a light shopping trip however when I got home I found that the overhang at the front was scuffed and the colour on the rubber heel had turned orange from brown I sent the sandals back Scorpion have refused to refund me suggesting wear and tear will get them off the hook - very disappointed Shoe companies should not be allowed to get away with selling products not fit for purpose

I paid for an item that they did not have in stock

The website said they had stock for a size 5 blowfish boot so I paid for them and got the relevant emails about delivery etc Then a few days later I got an email saying they did not have the boots in stock Subsequently I have missed out on buying these boots from elsewhere and am very dissa pointed

Terrible Nobodys seems the know what their doing

Thank you for your recent purchase from scorpionshoes co uk what purchase I did order shoes for which a payment was taken on November 29th I even received an email confirming delivery along with tracking number by customer service agent Iryna on December 1st Only to receive another email saying my order has been refunded due to a stock database error by customer service agent Tali on December 2nd Needless to say will not be ordering for Scorpion shoes again

never received my order

Didn t received my order and after en few weeks i send an email to ask about my order i hear that my order came back to you and if they re-send it for me i have to pay for it At least you could send me an email about the order return or my refund without asking from my side Bad service bad first experience

cancelled with rubbish sorry offer

Ordered some shoes from them and two days later got a refund with a 10 off voucher Original ordered the shoes with a 25 discount voucher so would have expected at least that to say sorry Absolute rubbish company and wouldn t buy from again Be careful if you need the item as a present as they just cancel without warning

Still waiting on a refund

I ordered a pair of boots for my husband for Christmas on the 10th December 2015 The boots were not delivered even though it shows as delivered I have been waiting for Scorpion Shoes to refund my credit card for months I feel I have given them suffient time to resolve this matter with Royal Mail seeing as we are now in the middle of February To be made to wait months for a refund on a item I have not received is unexceptable I would not use this company again

The worse service ever

I ve been waiting for the parcel nearly a month The delivery driver didn t call me didn t leave the notice and my parcel returned to Uk When I ve asked to resend the parcel then they ask me to pay again 9 99 for delivery Against my decision they cancelled my transaction Now I m waiting for for 80 refund

Not happy

I bought these for my daughter s birthday in UK I m in NZ PayPal thought there was something wrong with site and cancelled my order I then ordered with my credit card which is loaded it went through but then Scorpion shoes sent message to say it s not going through I don t understand why your company is not accepting So my daughter doesn t have her birthday trainers Not happy at all

Go elsewhere

If I could have given zero I would have Ordered a UGG gift set from this company on Amazon and I m HORRIFIED and furious at what was sent 1 Box bashed and tatty 2 Box ripped at the front sides 3 A piece of plastic cut from the viewing panel I m honestly in shock at the item I received I wish I could upload photo to show you what I received
