Thank you to everyone from Colin on the 08 35 Edinburgh to Invernes train to helped with my bike and luggage and sorted out a seat despite the Caledonian Sleeper staff not telling him to expect me after a missed transfer to the customer service telephone team who were able to get my Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh ticket changed for a later train at extremely short notice while I was on a noisy train Everyone had tremendous patience

Excellent assistance

Service with a smile
Today I travelled from Paisley Canal to Glasgow Central on the 9 35 a m train As I have a concession card I cannot purchase a ticket at the station so I have to board the train and wait for the employee who issues tickets to come along Today it was David who spoke to me in a nice friendly manner when he gave me the ticket He is a credit to Scotrail He was very pleasant and made my day as he took the time to chat to me

I travelled from Dyce to Brora via Inverness on 30th Dec and must compliment all the staff on the journey Everyone was very helpful and I enjoyed the trip all the more because of the kindness shown to me I was helped on and off the train I walk with a stick and it seemed no bother to the men Thank you all Scot Rail Happy New Year Sheina Bruce
