My package was actually put in my neighbours mail box instead of my mail box Good thing I am good with my neighbour do once he opened my package he seen my name and delivered it to me This is a concern for me especially with my first order if this was put in another mail box I believe I wouldn t have received it I spent 3hundread and something dollars for my metals and that was a big scare for me I m a bit hesitant know on placing such a big order like this again Dev sami

I did not receive my order
i never got it because fedex needed a signature to drop it off they came 3 times while i was at work so now there shipping it back fedex wouldnt leave it at a fedex location so there was no way i could get it they also couldnt give me times they were gonna be there i couldnt stay home all day waiting for them

Their Bitcoin address they sent to me was NOT unique and by mistake I sent Bitcoin to Bitcoin Cash and my money disappeared Apparently lots of folks make this error OTHER BUSINESSES post cautionary notes but SilverGoldBull did not They claimed no responsibility for this When I complained to the Better Business Bureau SilverGoldBull tried to get me to pull my complaint with promises of vague special deals only for me 800 down the drain

Mistakes happen but what happens next matters most
Earlier this week I had managements approval to have my silver returned to me I completed the e-transfer for shipping costs and supplied the order number This morning management informed me that they have sold my silver to another customer and there is nothing that they can do I don t know why there wasn t any effort to compensate me or create a win-win situation It seems they broke the agreement and my trust

First shipment I had made in a few years has been stolen lost and as a result they now have 110 000 of my money and are refusing to send the product from 3 other orders and do not even have all the product to send The shipping manager whom Silver gold Bull censored out of this review repeatedly lies BUYER BEWARE They make up policy on the go As Dom appears to be originally from close to my area I am suspect that may play a part in the missing initial shipment

LIARS CON ARTISTS DEFAMATION LAWSUIT MATERIAL I purchased a 100 oz bar from these liars in 2021 It was among 7 400 in purchases from them in a few weeks The 100 oz bar they sent me was supposed to be insured and not delivered without a signature Turns out they either never delivered it or the delivery driver never got my signature Either way I did not get my purchase The condescending private investigator Dominic Labonte never quite directly said I stole the bar but heavily implied it He was rude and curt in all of our exchanges telling me that I need to file a report with the Indianapolis police department I did everything he asked while holding me tongue about what an arrogant jerk he was being They had some sweet talking lady call me and apologize for Dominic s insanely rude and incompetent behavior She told me everything I wanted to hear as long as I took my review down I told her I would do that as soon as I got my refund or my silver How in the world are you going to accuse me of stealing the bar if you don t have my signature They naturally tried to put all the blame on UPS I don t care who stole the bar it wasn t me If they are too incompetent to get a signature when they deliver the product that should fall on UPS liability insurance It s not that complicated After dragging their feet for months they finally issued a refund I also corrected my 1 star review and switched it to a 5 star What I did not know was they were going behind my back and colluding with other metal sites to ban my ability to purchase metals from any website money metals will not do business with me This is a complete backstab and I will get to the bottom of this I will sue the ish out of this trash company These people pay a lot more for whoever is taking care of their reviews than the trash private investigator Good luck if you need to claim that your metals got stolen in shipping They will blame it on you lie to your face and drag their feet throughout the process It is absolutely unbelievable to me that these people can t get ahold of UPS and get my signature or lack thereof This is beyond incompetent and I will be suing for defamation of character collusion and whatever the hell else my lawyers say I can come after you for

New PAMP Gold bar- used fake
I ordered a PAMP Gold bar I received it yesterday and was looking forward to seeing it I work extra so I can save my money and invest in gold I was disappointed to receive a scratched up gold bar all of the precision details I paid extra for were ruined I called them right away and they confirmed I paid for a new bar but refused to allow me to return a clearly damaged and used product This was my 7th order I will NEVER trust them again I will NEVER buy anything from them again I am now stuck with a piece of garbage I feel cheated I don t even think it is authentic PAMP doesn t seal scratched up bars The deficiencies are on the bar - not the plastic Only counterfeit bars are characterized by systematic defects The lines are scratch like but when I reflect on it there are multiple fine scratches curved around the design feature where plain shiny metal should be I bought this same bar months ago - that one is real This one doesn t appear to be authentic I would attach photos but there is no option to do so here but did include the photo of it on my google review So upsetting

Sorry I didn t receive my order I need to go to work so I was not at home for three times so I never received the package Could you please send my package to UPS near my home Can I go to UPS to pick it up Or ask the delivery guy to call me an hour before he arrives at my house so I can schedule a time to wait for him at home Thanks so much

Rude person on the phone
Rude person on the phone I mailed two checks for two orders when I called to check if they had received my payment the person on the phone said that it was taking the post office 6 weeks to deliver mail so I just waited since they deal with the post office all the time I assumed they should know better 4 weeks after I received an email about my order being cancelled because I didn t mail in my checks so I called them and the woman on the phone was rude and hang up the phone on a long time customer who will not be doing any business with SGB anymore
