I placed my order last 17 NOVEMBER but

First off one of my items was cancelled due to stock issues This should have been updated in your website if it is no longer available This was already charged on my credit card In addition i was just informed yesterday Nov 28 that the packages were just dispatched to be shipped after sitting there for 2 weeks as I placed the orders last Nov 15 This is really sad and frustrating as I was not given any updates until I contact you via contact us

I placed my order last 17 NOVEMBER but until now 03 DECEMBER I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET THEY CHARGED ME 13 FOR DELIVERY FEE BUT THEIR LOGISTIC TEAM IS THE WORST TEAM EVER UNTIL NOW I CANNOT TRACK MY ORDERS NO NEWS OR UPDATE FROM THEM AND SEEMS LIKE NOBODY CARES ABOUT MY ORDERS THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE AND WILL DEFINITELY SHARE THE BAD EXPERIENCE AND TELL MY FRIENDS TO DONT WASTE MONEY AND TIME BUYING IN YOUR PLATFORM So now where is my order And u should refund my delivery fee

Slow delivery

I ordered winter stuff on 28 11 Delivery by 8 12 was good Subsequently it was resched to by 13 12 There was no tracking info until 6 12 At Transhipment location as of 7 12 Its 12 12 today and tracking info still indicates its at Transhipment location I doubt I will receive my things by 13 12 and now I will have to buy the same stuff while on vacation coz I need them Unacceptable

Order was placed on 18 Jan tracking info finally showed up on 30 Jan showing that the shipment was only created on 30 Jan and hasn t even departed Australia yet For the price of shipping I d have expected this to have been WAY faster

My order was marked dispatched on 22 Mar 2024 and was supposed arrive by 5th Apr Tracking was not working during the entire period I thought it was normal after eeading the reviews here On 5th April when my item did not arrive I contacted customer service and was informed the items were only sent out on 4th April and I would have to wait till 17th April for my order to arrive I was given a 10 off voucher as a further apology but why would I place a new order if my initial order has not reached me and I am not even sure about the quality Shipping costs close to 13 and for that money it can get me express shipping twice over on other platforms I am extremely unhappy over this incident

Ordered a gruffalo mouse toy for my boy from Singsale the item was not delivered at all Past the date No status update of items And I couldn t reached out to the customer service after 3 times waiting for someone to reply my messages and complaints Please don t waste time shopping here cos it doesn t seem legit Just to update that I received the mouse toy on the 30th May instead of 25th May Tracking doesn t seem to worked like shopee
