Excellent company

This is our second time booking with Six Star and Stacey as a concierge is second to none Until I met her I always believed that there were benefits in booking direct Not only is it cheaper to book with Six Star but Stacey has been friendly and helpful and always returns my calls Her product knowledge is excellent

Excellent service as always

Excellent service from Laura Wing It was a pleasure to deal with such a pleasant lady She displayed a good knowledge of the product She was helpful efficient and went to great lengths to put the cruise flights hotel package together I have booked many times with 6 star and cannot fault them for professional service and excellent pricing

Six Star Service

First class friendly professional prompt service from Erin I have used her for numerous bookings over the years Six star cruises have a great team in place have had no issues dealing with other staff courteous helpful if Erin is not available

Friendly informative and efficient

Elizabeth was friendly and confirmed everything back to us quickly and when she said that she would I felt that I was given all the information that I needed to make the final decision and that I would be comfortable contacting her if I had any questions I was very happy with the deal that we got and I would definitely contact Elizabeth again

Stacey has been our concierge for many years Not only is she an excellent cruise consultant she is a really lovely person who always finds time for each client Stacey is very efficient answering querries in a timely manner and always secures a more favourable deal than booking direct with the cruise line Stacey understands the requirements of her clients very well and always finds us a perfect cruise no matter which cruise company we use Thank you Stacey

I booked a Caribbean cruise with Lisa Paterson Lisa was super efficient and made everything as smooth and easy as possible I would highly recommend her Great service and I can t wait for our holiday

Lisa Paterson has been fantastic

Lisa Paterson has been fantastic arranging an Azamara cruise for us We saw a Six Star email limited offer whilst we are in Bali awaiting a cruise Despite the distance different time zones and my lack of a working phone Lisa has managed to get everything sorted including liaising with a relative of mine to take a deposit payment as my credit card needed a card reader which is at home Throughout the process and many emails I feel I have had a great personal service It is good to deal with a company so easily reachable and so friendly not one using a call centre in another country

I have just booked my first Regent Seven Seas Cruise with Lisa Paterson The service Lisa provided was outstanding Lisa was very patient when explaining details of how the booking process worked and what had to be done separately She was quick efficient and always cheerful
