Athens here we come

We decided to have a look on the internet for a Silverseas or Regent cruise for anniversary and decided on a cruise Athens We dealt with Sandie and what an easy road we had She answered all questions no matter how trivial or stupid they appeared to be with so much attention and nothing was too much trouble for her Our decision to go with Six star cruises and Sandie has made our first steps towards this Silver Sea cruise very pleasant indeed Well done

When I first called a few years ago didn t realise how fortunate I was to have Rebecca Rimmer answer that call Now I do Knowledgeable professional patient caring fun - just a few of the many attributes which make her such an asset to the Company Wouldn t dream of booking a cruise - either river or ocean - through anybody else Now that I have had to become mainly a solo cruiser her information advice and guidance is invaluable When she is unavailable her colleagues are always charming and most helpful Many thanks

From the moment Laura Wing answered my call she was completely professional courteous and listened to my requirements with care As a result my wife and I are looking forward to a luxury Baltic cruise that we booked with Laura Not only did we get the exact suite we wanted but also upgrades to Business Class flights pre and post cruise 5 Hotel stays onboard credit but also a free Fortnum Mason Christmas Hamper Excellent service from a great member of the Six Star Team
