This is the worst experience I have

This is the worst experience I have paid in full in November telling me there making them and not received any update after that then find out it s gone bankrupt I am absolutely fuming the fact no email has been sent to let me know I am a single mother so I don t have the money to buy againCan anyone help me to how I get my money back please Sarah

I ve been trying to get in touch with you re my latest aligners since July I finally got new moulds and sent them off and then I ve heard nothing I ve chased several times My latest question was assigned query number 09936690 - that s the third time I ve been given a query number in the last 10 days that nobody replied to

The company went bankrupt We received emails before hand stating that the bankruptcy would not affect us Then all of a sudden no services are available I cannot reach anyone I m halfway through and need adjustments All the services that were promised and that I paid for are shut down just gone There is no hope for a refund Shame the system protects big criminal companies like this one Customer pays and does not recieve ten service they paid for the company gets away with jt If it was reverse and I didn t pay for services received I d be harassed by debt collectors etc

You guys do fraud with me you don t pick my calls and my teeth s are not straight in 12 month it s not my fault first you send damage aligner then tight and 3time it was loose kindly contact me or refund my money please

SMILE DIRECT CLUB

I ordered aligners from SDC The aligners came but after wearing the first set i started coughing I got in touch with SDC They told me to continue wearing it until the second week and if the coughing doesn t stop to stop wearing the aligners and call them back because some people became allergy to the material When i called them back their phones were not working That is why i came to know that they went bankrupt I contacted the insurance who was taking my money i explained to them my situation They told me to give them 8 weeks and they will come back to me They wrote to me after 8 weeks saying that i should continue paying and that this case is close How can i get contact with smile Direct Club I REALLY NEED HELP

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling No dental check ins no actual dentist supervision and I was provided with a result prediction that was completely fabricated and didn t happen I now have to spend 3500 on proper orthodontic treatment due to Smile Direct Club s negligence and frankly dangerous practices It s no surprise they have gone under they should refund every single customer as they don t fix your dental problems they just create more

Took money out of my account that wasn t owed

I was charged for my retainers even though they assured me they were free Countless messages and emails later they have not replied and they have not refunded me

I completed the 10 months aligners last

I completed the 10 months aligners last year and the teeth were not fixed but I had already ordered the retainers They however offered me another appointment and gave me 6 months of aligners which I was about to complete when they announced bankruptcy I never got a chance to reorder the new retainers and had to wear the old retainers which was not meant for my teeth I am still paying on Tabeo I have raised complaints with them but nothing has been done they are not sorting my problem and charging me for something that was not delivered
