They started off really well

They started off really well but as you get to the end of your treatment more interested in upselling you retainers and giving you a new treatment than solving a simple problem Call centre and the chat box are painful to speak to its always worth paying a bit more

Great product Horrendous after sales as customer service Once they have your order the lifetime guarantee is impossible to order updates on retainers and when you email they ignore you so that you run out of the lifetime guarantee timelines

Good product dreadful finance management and customer service

Im nearly finished treatment and so far I m pleased with my teeth BUT they have been horrendous with regard to the financial side Quoted a price on the app took a much higher amount from my bank Still haven t received product 6 weeks on but I have spent HOURS on chat phone being told conflicting stories So disgusted I have had to get my bank involved to claim my money back UPDATE See the response below Clearly meaningless I contacted the email address and guess what No reply

I m giving 2 stars because they do have an amazing customer service team otherwise I will give one only I paid so much money and my teeth wasn t fixed I went for a touch up and I asked specifically which side to be fixed but nothing happened after the touch up I feel very disappointed for the whole experience I called them again to ask for another touch up and explained what exactly I need and that should be on my record from the first time but no response

Not the experience I was hoping for Their customer service isn t great no one seems to communicate between one another and it takes weeks to make progress with the customer service team when having trouble with the aligners I have been messed around during the majority of the process and although I can see some results it s taken much longer than anticipated and I m still not satisfied with how my teeth look You would have thought with how much this costs to do the customer service would be far better I wouldn t recommend

Careful with what you are getting into

While the sales workforce is friendly amazing and nice post purchase service is horrible and inefficient You might find yourself with aligners that completely mess your teeth and a person on the other side telling you No this is fine How can I make you smile Or getting a deformed retainers talking to a dental expert that definitely did not attend any dental training that ignores your concern and keeps the automatic and at this stage annoying How can we make you smile Well while it started with a lovely smiling face it ended badly While I workout my legal measures I recommend you go with a real approachable orthodontist

Don t waste your money From the first day the braces didn t

From the first day the braces didn t fit and hurt I complained then and again later and asked for a live dentist review as the braces never fit properly I never got this Despite my having several reviews and a new set of braces made The further through the treatment the less they fit Now at the end of my treatment and the first night time retainer my teeth are no straighter despite my gums being cut and bruised with the ill fitting retainers I can t advise anyone to use this service Go to a dentist and get retainers fitted properly

Disappointed

There was a slight improvement after 11 months treatment but I had to visit my own dentist for more treatment and pay more money to get the results I wanted I ordered and payed for retainers but they didn t fit properly Paying cheap doesn t always get what you want From my personal experience I would not recommend smile direct club

Use Invisalign

The aligners never fit properly and trying to get support from the company is incredibly difficult I was also discharged and it has been over a month now and still no resolution I have spoken to multiple representatives who have all given me different information and seemingly made up as no one can agree on what date amount the system shows My teeth are straighter but I can no longer bite properly and experience pain This is after 4 touch-ups after which the trays still do not work

Wasn t for me - maybe I just have stubborn teeth

Wasn t for me Maybe it was that my teeth were too stubborn but had a course of 22 hour and night time only and neither did a lot minor adjustments The main issue was they were borderline impossible to wear if you speak a lot during the day drool and mispronouciation quite painful at times gave me gum jaw ache and created some major issues with acid reflux especially during sleep I was very disappointed and wished I d just got conventional braces
