Horrible attention to customer needs

This is my third attempt at getting my aligners re-fitted as their service just does not work Their customer service is also shocking I ve been hung up on five times today alone Their agents blatantly lie to you saying their resolutions team is not available when I was literally on a call with them five minutes prior They are so unprofessional and really let their customers down I d save yourself the back and forth lost money lost time trying to get in touch and go get Invisalign

SHOCKING AVOID AT ALL COSTS Worst customer service I ve ever received And now looking into further reviews I can see it s a common issue - followed it to a T finished and results were okay wanted some further aligners and kept getting told the photos weren t correct - completely agree with other reviews that it felt like they are stalling They are ridiculously unhelpful I was asked to pay for a nighttime retainer which was news to me I would rather pay the extra and be seen by a dentist Lesson learnt

Here I am again these scammers delared bankrupcy and are still selling their products and with the stores open The alligners are a CR4P and they don t work I was called to make a catch up for new alligners and i was very mistreated by the attendant at their shop in Oxford Circus London When i received an email I needed to pay extra 250 for the alligners because i haven t order any retainer or registered my alligners RUUBISH Guys they are scammers save money time and a hadache Go for a real invisalign

Difficult to get hold of and unauthorised purchase

Went for initial photographs got an email asking for further information which I sent Was told would get prescription in 3 days which I never received Yesterday I had an order placed in my name without my consent and money taken from my account I have no idea what was ordered and no one seems to be able to tell me I have no email confirmation nor an email confirming what to expect on this journey how is that right Very disappointed and no one seems to have answers

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost ordered the impression kit twice to my house but somehow they are delivering to wrong address contacted smile direct club they don t want to contact the courier and are not willing to help thanks God my initial experience made me realize that this company cant be trusted after reading all the reviews i just realize they force you to give 5 star reviews in your initial appointment all reviews are forced such a shame avoid at all cost save money get the Invisalign treatment that s what i am going to do Stay safe from the scam

Hi Alex This is John one of the Advanced Customer Care Team Specialists at SmileDirectClub I have submitted your 200 ACH Wire courtesy refund to our finance team Refunds are issued as soon as possible and could take up to 24 business days to reflect in some cases Kindest Regards John MAdvanced Customer Care SpecialistSmileDirectClub1-800-848-7566I am growing increasingly frustrated with the lies Please see below This compensation case has gone on for 9 months now I have made approx 40 calls and spent between 10-20 hours on the phone Nevermind putting in data access requests multiple employees confirmed the compensation whilst others denied it I have all the call recordings proving your lies deceit law breaking and misconduct The latest lie in a long string of lies is seen below John quotes the refund that was originally due back in April will take up to 24 business days to reflect This email was sent on 27 11 This was 2 months ago We are now on 23 01 Pay the compensation before I continue to escalate further with my legal team I have all the call recordings on file Even calls denying basic laws such as the data access request Enough is enough Where is my money

Unacceptable Timescale For a Complaint

Complaint started two and half months ago Tentatively accepted a partial refund one month again Ask to contact credit supplier to prove how much I had paid Provided a PDF breakdown of amounts paid over a week ago Still waiting for a reply confirming the refund has been issued I have never ever dealt with a company with such awful customer resolutions A complaint ongoing for almost three months is completely unacceptable Please someone take ownership and deal with this matter ASAP

The most corrupt company I have ever encountered

Company has gone under apparently we still have to continue making payments despite not receiving the services The treatment never straightened my teeth and now I am 1 600 out of pocket No dental check-ins dentists assigned to you that don t exist at practices that are permanently closed Of course you won t see honest reviews on here as customers who complained were under a gagging order as they were forced to sign non disclosure agreements by SmileDirect What this company has done is criminal
