My review with Camelia was great she was so helpful and reassuring I m very pleased that I managed to come in and have someone understand my issues

Following on from my visit today at Westfield Stratford with Camelia I have to say I am really happy I was feeling extremely disheartened about still being on my journey and I was worried that the issues I still had wouldn t be a big deal but she really assured me in telling me that if I m not happy with something then it is a big deal I have been on my journey for quite some time now and had a few hiccups on the way with communication and various touch ups but I m hoping going forward after meeting with Camelia that I will end up with my desired smile I didn t realise how long this journey would take so I am really hoping this will be my last touch up

Everything is great with the service at Aldgate London smile shop and Bri is amazing I ve been in treatment for 6 months now and just getting a touch up I will say however great the ask a question service I have had some trouble with ordering my retainers The people were lovely on the chat but when I put through payment I didn t get a confirmation email or anything I waited three or four weeks before I realized they weren t coming and then to find out my payment hadn t gone through So I I have spent quite a while without retainers Just something I think could improve I think a more consistent sort of check in process might help Otherwise everything else is great thanks

Very competent and orthodontic nurse

Although we had to wait an extra 30 minutes the orthodontic nurse was excellent and the scanning equipment was very cool Good use of technology and an easy process

Shannon was polite and helpful at the store in Glasgow Buchanan Galleries The initial process of the scan was explained to me well and any questions I had were answered I was pleased with the scan and the pictures that were taken I am looking forward to hearing about whether I am suitable for the treatment and what the plan will look like

Quick and easy scan experience but missing after customer support

Jess and Billie were both very welcoming friendly and provided helpful knowledgeable information making me feel at ease throughout the whole appointment and informed of next steps However I didn t receive any email confirmation my scans through as advised so I had to chase these up and took a while to get account access
